I recently visited Crystal Creek Animal Hospital in Orlando and had a generally positive experience with a few notable areas for improvement. Pros: Friendly Technicians: The veterinary technicians were welcoming and exhibited genuine care for my pet, making the visit comfortable. Clean Facility: The clinic was well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. Pet Amenities: The private examination room featured thoughtful touches like a water bowl and snacks for my dog, which was a pleasant surprise. Cons: Extended Wait Time: Despite having a scheduled appointment, we waited nearly an hour to see the veterinarian, which was frustrating and inconvenient. High Costs: While the veterinarian was knowledgeable and kind to my pet, the services were on the pricier side, a point the doctor acknowledged. In summary, Crystal Creek Animal Hospital offers quality veterinary care in a clean and friendly environment. However, improvements in appointment scheduling to reduce wait times and a review of pricing structures could enhance the overall client experience.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my Chihuahua, Daisy, received at this veterinary hospital. From the moment we arrived with a critical case of Pyometra, the entire staff demonstrated incredible professionalism, compassion, and expertise. The staff went above and beyond, with one member even donating blood from their own dog for Daisy's blood transfusion (thank you SO MUCH Ana!). Dr Giovanni was outstanding, taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, showing photos, and answering all our questions with patience and clarity. Communication was excellent, with twice-daily phone updates keeping us well-informed throughout Daisy's treatment. The entire staff demonstrated both expertise and genuine compassion. This level of communication helped ease our anxiety during a very stressful time. The boarding environment, waiting room, and exam room were all extremely clean. The cage Daisy stayed in during recovery was very spacious and had plenty of cozy blankets and a heating lamp to keep her warm. I also love that they encourage you to come in and visit your pet anytime. Last but not least, their partnership with Scratchpay made this crucial surgery financially feasible for us. Without it I doubt Daisy would still be here. Overall, the combination of skilled medical care, clear communication, and flexible payment options makes this veterinary hospital stand out. They not only saved our dog's life but also provided exceptional support throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to all pet owners!

The was clean nice and everyone was professional. My dog is not a people person but he even liked the staff. The price of the service my dog received was fair price. I would truly recommend it for anyone pet.

I can not express my appreciation for crystal creek animal hospital in words. I was just so desperate to get help for my 2 critters and I had already seen another vet who just wanted to put them down. I spent over 8 hours and over a grand but my critters are now on their way to healing and recovery. Dr. Do Valle and Aresol really made me feel comfortable and like my pets were in good care. I will never forget their compassion and I will always be grateful for the care they gave to my Tiny Paws and my Missy. Love and blessings always and we will see you soon to finish our care. Yesterday I walked into the office to pick up some meds for my 2 dogs, upon entering there were 4 customer service employees at the front desk. As I approached the counter not one employee greeted me, one was on the phone and the other 3 were talking amongst themselves. I stood there for a few minutes before I had to ask for help. I worked in customer service for years and I do know you always greet the customer when they walk through the doors. Not one of them said, hello how can I help, or we will be with you in a minute, or sorry for the delay how can I help you. My experience with this vet they are super busy and over book clients, they don’t know who your pets are, you and the pet are only a number, the staff is cold and the veterinarian staff is as well. They do not give off a warming feeling when you are in the room with your pet, they do not practice calming techniques for your animals. I will be finding another vet to take my 2 dogs to. This is not my kind of veterinary practice that makes me feel warm and fuzzy when we leave. Not to mention the wait times are unreal due to overbooking.
