The team at Crown Town is fantastic! Dr. Mauck is super professional and really makes an effort to make our dog feel comfortable (he HATES the vet) and every staff member does as well. They are very thorough and they LISTEN!! Which is so important and invaluable. We’ve been taking Frankie to Crown Town for the past 2 years and I have had nothing but great experiences. I highly recommend Dr. Mauck and his team!

Being new to town I was unsure of where to get my pets vaccinations. Luckily I found Crown Town Animal Hospital! The staff is more than friendly, extremely clean business and the fees are extremely reasonable. I look forward to having Crown Town take care of my pets for a long time!

Kayleigh, Amanda, Eric, and Dr. Mauck provided comprehensive and high-quality care for my cat, Tuna. Kayleigh went above and beyond to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, she is so sweet. Amanda comforted me as I shed a few tears. She made me laugh when she called my cat a “puppy”. Eric did a phenomenal job handling Tuna while she received X-Rays, an IV, and medicine. Dr. Mauck spoke to me in layman terms and provided constant reassurance along with a detailed plan of care for Tuna. The facility is extremely clean and quiet. Overall 10/10 experience. We are so thankful for Crown Town Animal Hospital!

Excellent service! Juni & Rory give 8 paws up! Always seamless experience. Dr. Mauck takes time to explain recommendations and get a full history of your dog. We moved to their area recently and have peace of mind with our dogs in their care. Staff are all very friendly. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment promptly when my dogs need to be seen. I was able to book a same day appointment with a tech as an existing patient without issue. We had a broken nail recently and ultimately avoided a visit since we were able to send photos. This clinic clearly cares about their community and our furry loved ones. It’s nice to see a vet clinic that hasn’t sold out to a private equity firm as many options in the area.
