Crow Hill Veterinary Hospital

We went here yesterday on advice from my nurse friend. They were very accommodating and got us in for the evening so my Hubs could come and be there to send Indy our beautiful calico to the rainbow bridge. Dr. Kaitlyn is fantastic and her and the staff were wonderful for such a difficult time. We really appreciate the support and very very nice staff. We will continue to bring our other furbabies here.Thank you!

Our sweet little doggo was labeled a "bad boy" by a local vet right down the road from this one when the vet got impatient with him freaking out on the tile floors when trying to weigh him. He nipped at her and earned the Scarlett letter. So much so, that they over sedated him for a teeth cleaning and gave him half the pain med dosage than that of his sister who is in his same weight class and underwent a dental cleaning at the same time. We we horrified at the other vets mistreatment and that we had to take him to an emergency room for aspirational pneumonia less than 48 after his dental cleaning. We knew we needed a new vet asap and asked around at the ER and were fortunate enough to receive a recommendation for Crow Hill from another local. Wow! What a huuuuge difference. The waiting room and exam rooms were quite large in comparison to the previous local vet. The staff were all warm, friendly, and welcoming. They actually asked MY DOG if they could pet him (strange, I know, but he does prefer to be asked and give consent). The vet was friendly and obviously knowledgeable. My spouse, dog, and I all seemed to really be at ease with the upgraded quality of interactions and care we received during my dogs ER follow up. My spouse and I have had a couple interactions with the vet since and have appreciated their caring attentiveness. The ability to schedule appoinments online is much appreciated and the online patient portal where you can view your pets medical records and copies of their xrays is fantastic! I have since recommended them to at least three of my neighbors who are also pet parents and at least one I know of is making a switch from that other terrible local vet we used before. Thank you Crow Hill for providing such benchmark care for the pets in the area and to our sweet boy!

We’ve gone to Dr Shelia since before she opened CrowHill. We now live three hours from Bailey and she’s still our veterinarian. Her knowledge, expertise and compassion is exceptional! Yesterday, July 8th (and sign of eternity) we had to make the very heartbreaking decision to put to rest our beautiful boy, Sully Monster who was 10 and recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Dani, Haley and Dr. Kaitlyn were unbelievable! We spent close to 4 hours at CrowHill saying our “see you soon” to our big boy, they made the experience so special and showed us so much love. They’re true angels and we could never thank you enough for the care you provided.

We are very happy with the care at Crow Hill! The staff is friendly. They showed me incredible compassion when it was time to send my old kitty to the stars. I’m bringing all of my fur babies here now. Lulu really enjoyed her first vet appointment. I’m happy with the prices and they even offer cat grooming. I love that they get you roomed right away. Today was a rough day for my baby girl. Grateful I was able to take her to her new 5 star veterinarian, Crow Hill Veterinary Hospital. They diagnosed her with a UTI, and gave her medication that seems to be doing the trick for the fix.🤞🏻🙏🏻♥️🐈‍⬛
