Dr. Lockwood and her team showed so much care and compassion when it was time to suddenly say goodbye to my sweet O’Malley. The staff are so welcoming and the office is always clean. You can tell they truly care about your pets and their health/happiness. I highly recommend Dr. Lockwood to anyone who is looking for a veterinarian in the area.

We very much appreciate the great service and compassion the office had shown us at every visit. Thank you to Dr. Lockwood, Liz, GeanaRae, Jordan, Ren, Carleen and Jamie for the flowers after our dog Pops passed away last week. That was a very nice surprise.

My husband and I had to take our cat Olivia in because she was exhibiting some concerning symptoms. Every staff member I came into contact with was amazing. Ren who did our intake made sure we were seen promptly even though the appointment before ours was going long. Unfortunately we had to put our sweet girl down and Dr. Lockwood was amazing at explaining what was going on and how the treatment was not guaranteed. They put us in a separate room and showed us all the options for her end of life and Lauren was amazing at handling everything for us and making sure we had all the time to say goodbye to our girl. Crosswinds I truly thank you for making this experience seamless and thank you for caring for our girl. I 100% recommend and will be bringing all my animals to them ❤️

Last Monday, not yesterday, I noticed Buddy (Cat)had a scab on his nose. We thought he had just scratched it. Thursday, we noticed it was swollen, it was bleeding, he couldn’t breathe out of that side of his nose and we noticed something in his nose. Right away we took him to the vet. The vet acknowledged there’s a mass and you could see it looking up his nose. The vet said we needed to take him to a specialist to have a nasal biopsy done. It was recommended to put a cone on him and to keep him in an enclosed space; the bathroom. Went to see Dr. Lockwood today. She answered all of my questions and I was not rushed. Dr. Lockwood was very thorough with Buddy. He got an antibiotic injection and got put on steroids. We’re hoping the medication and steroids clears up the mass in his nose. If not he’s scheduled for surgery. He’ll have surgery on the 27th. If it does clear up with the medication we can cancel the surgery. If he has to have surgery they’ll remove the whole mass. They’ll do a biopsy at the same time. I pray to God he doesn’t have cancer. I love Dr. Lockwood at Crosswinds Veterinary Hospital. She’s also the owner of the practice and surgeon. Dr. Lockwood and the staff were also very nice and compassionate. When I found out that I had to take Buddy to a specialist I was so sick to my stomach imagining it would be thousands of dollars. The prices at this location were reasonable and I was relieved I could afford them. I searched maybe 20 vets before I found this dr. She’s rated 5 stars out of around 200 reviews. Plus one more (me). If I could I’d give her 100 stars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ I wish I could give this amazing Hospital 6 stars! They are the best group I've ever had the pleasure experiencing in my entire life...and I am "old". Every Vet technician there is kind, caring, and experienced. Dr Lockwood couldn't be more professional and attentive. We stumbled upon this office when our Chinese Crested Oliver had a medical emergency and no one would take him that day. When his Momma, Blossom, became ill and ready to cross the Rainbow Bridge, they had a special room for her with lots of loving staff to help her (and me) along the way. Today, our "Golden Girls" Lily and Jewel, sister Golden Retrievers, came in for their first year check up and again they did not disappoint. We have to travel 45 minutes to get to this office and it's well worth the drive. I will be a life long Crosswinds customer now. They listen, they educate and don't judge.
