Took my cat Blessing to them today for her check up and rabies shot. They were wonderful with her. She is a spicy cat and needed some meds to calm her down because of other experiences we have had. They were so gentle with her. She is home resting now and we will be going to them for all her needs. Great people that really do care about your pets.

Nobody is going to know what happened to that dog last week because nobody is being honest and accurate with the information. I think money and pride have overcame everything else that actually matters in this situation. What I have heard is the way you have talked to my family members is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional even for a business like a convenient store. Someone lost their pet. With 100 questions and accusations on why someone went in for a checkup and 8 hours later is no longer here. I just sat in on a call where before you were open to the situation and explaining it to the other party involved. Now, you’re cowarding behind legality talk. Disabling user accounts? Looks pretty guilty to me. I chimed in real fast when your staff turned nasty on the phone. That tone changed real fast. Is it because you’re not attempting to bully an elder gentleman or a female. Instead having to handle myself in a different manner. If you guys would like to talk. Reach out to my email.we can set up an appointment when it’s convenient for me. Seeing as you beat around the bush when it comes to others. From there I’ll pull my review down. But this is up because of the way you guys are treating these 2 people. Doc and assistant got everything handled with him so gently and thoroughly that they resolved his issue with minimal pain (abscess), and he was so happy afterwards! So were we! (In the pick, brother Zim is comforting him)😍
Jan 15, 2025 · Adriane GurbisI walked into Crossroads Veterinary Hospital when I was looking to switch vets. I asked them if they could tell me about themselves and maybe give me a tour. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was how CLEAN it was. It smelled amazing!... not like chemicals or anything weird like perfumes or whatnot, but just clean and fresh! They were SO NICE and explained everything and showed me around. I instantly loved it there and started taking my dog, who only deserves the absolute best! Since going there, I have recommended Crossroads to everybody (friends, coworkers,and strangers alike). When my dog was very sick, they made sure to see her right away and take the time and tests to rule things out and treat accordingly. They took such good care of her! They even called to check on her after we had been home :) We now know my dog has pancreatitis and we've had a few instances where she needed their help and care right away. Anytime she feels off, we call and they are happy to help! Another wonderful thing that you won't get everywhere is that whenever someone walks in, they are so excited and happy to see you and your loved pets as if it was the first time again! They are always so full of love and knowledgeable! The vet, Matthew Schroeder, and all of the techs and employees there are wonderful! My dog and I both love everyone who works there! 15/10 recommend!!!

Dr. Schroeder and his staff have consistently provided our cats with excellent care and have always taken the time to explain what they were doing and why. When one of our cats died, they were incredibly kind and truly sympathetic. My daughter and I are so thankful that we can rely on the Crossroads staff for care and kindness for our cats!
