Crossroads Veterinary Hospital

We have been going to Crossroads for over 15 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about all of the vets and the staff. From the ladies who run the office and take all of the calls, to the vet techs and the doctors - all of our experiences have been extremely positive. Over the years we've had multiple dogs in our family and no matter what the issue was - we were always seen promptly, accommodated, and given the very best treatment and advice from the vet and the techs. While their in-house prescriptions are super expensive, they are very happy to work with me and call any meds into a different pharmacy so that our cost decreases significantly. The clinic has always been clean - the staff, like I said - always friendly, and the overall experience has always been five stars.

Jen at Crossroads is a compassionate vet. She communicates what you dog has and how to help your animal. The rest of the staff is just as amazing! Everyone at Crossroads are interested in 1 thing, helping your pet live their best life ever, their prices are fair. They offer financing solutions. As soon as you and your pet enter Crossroads you are part of the family.

We absolutely love it here, and we are very thankful for the team that always makes sure that they are treating our dogs with love and care. We have been seeing Dr Howard here for almost years, and I used to see her at the previous office she worked with. Dr. Howard is the kindest, greatest veterinarian that I have met, and I am truly grateful for the care she provides to my family! The staff here is wonderful, always cheerful and helpful, and is always so understanding of the anxiety I have for my dogs. Margaret in front has been amazing for years, and always makes sure to keep me updated and call me back. The team here is fabulous, and we are very happy that we have such a solid group to rely on. 🥰

My fur babies got the most amazing care during their visit! The vet and techs were very informative and helpful. Crossroads is where I will be bringing my kitties for any future vet visits! 10/10!

I have four fur humans, we moved here in 2019 I was referred to Crossroads through a friend. Dr. Howard and her staff are top notch, she has gone above and beyond for Leo & King when they both fell ill😌 I know my dogs are given the best care in the East Valley.
