Crossroads Veterinary Clinic

If you’re looking for a Vet Clinic that values your time, doesn’t charge outrageous fees and treats you like one of their own, look no further. After having a horrible experience w/ our last vet & being new to the area…this place was a godsend. Brought our very sick girl in for a last minute appointment yesterday and the staff at Crossroads was nothing short of amazing. From the time we called for the appointment, to the time we left the clinic, we felt cared for. The receptionist was very relational when we called to schedule, and thankfully was able to get us in for a same day appointment. There was no wait time when walking through the door…we were greeted by a receptionist with a big smile. The clinic did not smell like an animal clinic, and all of the front desk staff seemed very happy. The exam room made you feel at home with posters on the wall to read, and relate with to pass some time. Dr. Horton and Vet Tech Erin were both very patient, thorough, and caring throughout the exam & whole appointment. They went above and beyond to look into every possible outcome before coming back to us with the results. When we were made aware that our girls prognosis was not what we had expected, Dr. Horton took the time to explain what she had found, what was wrong…our next steps…and was sure to mention she would support us whichever way we chose. There was no pressure, no rushing, and no sense of “needing to get to the next patient”. For this, I am very thankful. We were given plenty of time to process our thoughts, and to make a decision. There was no rush. We felt comforted and heard through it all. Dr. Horton made us feel like family and not just another client. She treated us as one of her own. Additionally, from a financial standpoint, this clinic is also very reasonable. We weren’t nickeled and dimed for every little thing, and the cost was very reasonable for our family. Thank you Crossroads for being so compassionate, thorough, and patient yesterday. It helped make a very hard day, a little less cumbersome.

I have been taking my babies here for years. I have always had awesome care. They have laughed and cried with me. An I have to say Tayler treats them like they are her babies. She’s the best.

Always fast to get us in and take care of us! My animals love coming here! Always discusses all my questions with an aging dog and the options with him. I have family that drives and hour and half to come here due to the care their dog received.

I can't express how wonderful this clinic is!! My dog was seriously ill and they not only worked me in, but at one point all 4 doctors were working on her. Thanks to their wonderful compassion and care my dog made a full recovery. They have always gone out of their way to provide the best care for all of my animals and take the time to explain their recommended treatment for them.

This place is fantastic. Excellent care and amazing people. My dog needed an emergency splenectomy and I couldn't get her in anywhere and they were able to do it within a couple days. They have been so incredible with all communications and now my pup is on the mend. Thank you so much Crossroads and your wonderful staff and doctors for saving my pup.
