I recently brought my puppy in for a neuter procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the very beginning, Dr. Vlad was incredibly professional, kind, and informative. He took the time to clearly explain everything about the surgery beforehand and made sure I felt fully comfortable with the process. The procedure itself went perfectly, and the aftercare instructions were clear, thorough, and easy to follow. Thanks to Dr. Vlad and the team, my pup recovered quickly and without any issues. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines medical excellence with such a personal and caring approach — but this team nailed it. Huge thanks to Dr. Vlad and everyone at the clinic for making what could’ve been a stressful experience into something truly positive. I am so thankful to Crossroads Vet and Dr. Vlad for their amazing care. My dog, Bella, recently had surgery there, and everything went perfectly. While ultimately we have been under some unfortunate circumstances with my hen Pearlie having been diagnosed with cancer—I am so thankful to have found Dr Bruce. I care very deeply for my girl and it was incredibly comforting to have found someone who is experienced and knowledgeable about chicken health. The clinic staff has always been helpful and communicative. I know that I can call them anytime and get a timely response. They are also much more affordable than many avian specialists in the surrounding area. Other than her diagnosis, we have had nothing but good experiences with them and I am very happy to now have them as my trusted clinic. If you have chickens — or ducks—I myself was referred by another chicken friend, I have referred friends myself and I know of others that now have entrusted Dr Bruce with their sweet girls. Chicken parents—Highly recommend!

Dr Vlad is the best! His gentle compassion and care towards my animals has me singing the praises of this vet to all my friends and family. I can bring my 13 yr old dog and my new puppy here and always know they are going to be well taken care of. Thank you Dr Vlad!

Dr. Vlad is compassionate, knowledgeable, calm, and excellent at explaining things. I recommend him to everyone who asks. I greatly appreciate how supported I felt by Dr. Vlad while my dog experienced medical complications, his willingness to answer all of my questions, and his desire to find answers. Beyond this, Dr. Vlad is reasonably priced, does not push unnecessary tests/treatments, and is an all around nice guy. He has gone above and beyond for my dog, and very clearly has a lot of compassion for both the animals he treats and their owners. 10/10. No regrets driving an hour (or more) to bring my dog here.
