I just want to say I appreciate this being a 24hr hospital. I brought my little guy in after he helped himself to the trash, and hours later he was yelping in pain. I for sure thought “here we go you done did it and got pancreatitis or a foreign body” Dr Benet(?)( So sorry I don’t remember her name) was great, she did her dr thing and said it’s actually his back but we can test for pancreatitis too just to ease your mind. The test was normal, we went home with meds and he we all got much needed sleep. I really appreciate that she didn’t push full labs and X-rays as that’s what I was anticipating. This place has gained my trust and I for sure will be back when needed again.

I was very impressed with my service from Crossroads! I have a smaller dog and wanted to wait in the car. The associate called me when it was my turn. The vet tech was very thoughtful and helpful. The Doctor was very helpful. Friendly and caring. My dog needed surgery. We were given names of physicians. Not only that they sent the X-rays over. The Vet was so caring because she knew we were upset. I will continue going to Crossroads.

I brought my dog Bailey in there on Oct 2, 2024 because she couldn’t keep anything down. The clinic is extremely clean. The employees were wonderful and compassionate. I told them my dog is scared of men and they said no problem we will make sure to have only females take care of her if possible. They were gentle with her and patient. We had Roxanne (Dude tattoo) take care of us and Bailey just felt so comfortable with her and she was so good with Bailey that I said any time I come here I want her to take care of us. The female doctor (I can’t remember her name) was wonderful too. The whole experience was great and I felt very comfortable with everything they did for Bailey that she would feel better soon. This is the ONLY place I will be bringing my animals

I have been met with pure incompetence at every turn. I was sent here directly from my regular vet on 1/30/25 in an emergency situation where they were informed I was coming and given my pets file and X-rays. After waiting almost an hour I was called into a room and asked why I brought my pet in today. On 2/1/25 at 9:30AM I called to request some follow up information and figure out our next steps, I was told they would call me back when the doctor was available. I never got a call back. Today 2/3/25, I called again and was told they had no notes or records of me calling at all on 2/1/25 but assured me they would have the doctor call me when he was available. I did end up getting a return call and spoke with the doctor who decided we would try 2 prescription medications that I could pick up today. When I arrived to pick up the prescriptions they had no idea what I was talking about and actually asked me what the 2 prescriptions were. Again no notes or records of any kind, I ended up having to wait an extra 20+ minutes while they filled the script. It’s hard to put faith in “professionals” who cannot even manage simple clerical work. Needless to say I will never go back once my pets treatment has concluded.
