Angie the groomer here is wonderful. We are new in town and our dog is having a hard time getting used to going to a new groomer. Angie was so patient and understanding with our dog. She took her time with the groom and had us come back a second day to finish the groom while not overwhelming our dog. Not only was she understanding with the dog, but her customer service with us and how polite she is was so refreshing. We initially started with another groomer in town that did not work out because of their unwillingness to build a relationship. Thank you Angie for your dedication, we look forward to coming back for our next visit.

I moved to Oxford a year ago and had yet to find a vet for my two cats. My 4 yo orange tabby Cheeto had an emergency situation and my online search led me to Crossroads. Dr. Graves and Hope, the Vet technician, were absolutely wonderful, as were the front desk staff. I really cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Wonderful people. Everyone was friendly and I was very grateful for their help with my little furball. Dr. Graves was extremely professional but also empathetic and explained everything concisely. I am so glad I found Crossroads and recommend them to anyone looking for kind and caring veterinarian services in the Oxford area.

My wife and I recently moved to the Oxford area and our Pit-bull(who is covered in tumors), suddenly couldn’t walk or eat- we feared the worst. Crossroads took us in with open arms immediately and did more for us than we deserved. Getting our pets records transferred here immediately, these people are the best.

Crossroads has taken the best care of our dog. Moose is currently undergoing treatment for cancer and has needed several follow ups, medicine adjustments, etc. All staff has been kind, compassionate, and Dr. Hanson has gone above and beyond to make sure Moose is comfortable. Their follow up and explanations have been thorough. We are so glad we have found crossroads.

Would totally recommend! Crossroads Animal Hospital has helped me with a Health Certificate for my cat to travel out of the country with me. Dr. Hanson has been really accommodating and really great at communicating with me! Everybody was super nice, from the front desk on. Pickle also loved getting some treats!
