Crossroads Animal Hospital

I cannot say enough good things about Crossroads Animal Hospital in Thomas Crossroads. My roommate and I have been living here for three years now, her being an employee there for the same amount of time, and they have been nothing shy of the best people to come into Corina's professional life. These wonderful people only knew our Sunny girl for about three years, some even less, and they were with us for the entire process of letting her enter peace, crying just as hard as we were. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their compassion and love for what they do, and their staggering professionalism. They were kind, caring, and willing to do every part of the process for us if needed. My heart for them has grown so big, and I implore anyone who needs care for their fur babies to pay them a visit and trust in their wonderful staff. Thank you Crossroads for treating my best friend and our baby girl with so much love.

The office in general I give a generous 2 stars. It’s hard to even get through on the phone and have had mixed experiences with any sort of customer service. Dr Bowen deserves 10 stars!! He is so smart and fantastic with his patients. He’s the only reason we still go there.

I cannot recommend this facility enough! Same-day appointment, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, AFFORDABLE (significantly less expensive) rates, empathetic team, and truly gold standard care. I will always sing their praises!

They showed care and compassion at the loss of my little dog. They are the best during that difficult time. And they took great care of him for 16 years.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Crossroads for a few years now. They’ve always been there for us and taken care of my babies. There never has been a bad experience, always kind, professional and caring. Even when I’ve lost one of my babies as I have recently, just understanding and kind. Dr Bowen is whom I’ve used mostly, he even sits in the floor with the pups and talks to them. You can tell he loves animals and is in the right profession. The whole staff is amazing.
