TERRIBLE SERVICE!! As I was reading through previous reviews, all of those were exactly like the experience I went through. The staff was very rude and they seemed only interested in money. They used my desperate and crying teen daughter as a way to get me to spend more unneeded money. I went the night before to see if they were available because they were the closest 24 hr emergency animal hospital and we were declined due to the only doctor there going into surgery. We went this morning at 7 am and were the first and only ‘patients’ there. We STILL had to wait even though there was no one there. Arriving there we had to pay $150. My dog had to get an ultrasound and was given a superficial cut on his belly by the doctor. (You’d think he’d be good at it) We were given the option to leave our dog in the hospital for 48 hours and the cost would be $3600 or bring him back home for $400. We already spent $881 for his blood test and ultrasounds, along with the entrance fee($150). Since it was safe to take our dog home, we decided to do so and the doctor was so rude about it and WANTED us to pay that $3600. The staff is only in it for the money..Throughout the whole time me and my daughter were there(4 hours) we weren’t able to see our dog or given any updates on him. I do not recommend going here and I made the mistake of going somewhere before looking at the reviews and it will not be made again. If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would.

Apr 12, 2025 · Vicky FloMy dog has had 2 surgeries here after swallowing whole lemons, in February and April. Both times the staff and Dr’s were wonderful, kind, and caring. They were thorough, roomed my dog, did work up and ultrasound, and performed surgery fast. Also worked with us on pricing! Thank you to everyone at Crossroads who cared for my baby Kylo ♥️
Apr 07, 2025 · Ana SantiagoHad to bring my baby in as she suddenly loss mobility to her hind legs out of nowhere. We were seen immediately as there was not really much of a wait time. The Dr and nurses were extremely compassionate and gave us our time to process everything that was wrong with our girl. Dr. Shant Balci was straight forward and honest and stated that her outcome wasn’t looking well and did suggest euthanasia. He also did give the option to see if she would make a full recovery but given her condition she would more than likely suffer. Thank you Crossroads for an extremely welcoming and supportive environment during this tough time of losing our girl. We will forever be grateful for your support, understanding and, assistance.
Jan 15, 2025 · Jazmine LizzetteMy 13 week old puppy swallowed a chew bone and was trying to throw it up. I called Crossroad and told the Lady what happened and that I might need her stomach X-rayed to make sure it is not too serious. She said to bring her in. So I arrive at Crossroads paid 150 dollars to find out I had to wait 3 hours and could not leave the premises. I don't even think that there was a Veterinarian during the 3 hours. When the vet arrived, and After telling the Veterinarian what happend and that the puppy just had a full examination and shots 6 days ago and that she was in perfect health until she swallowed the chew bone. He suggested a 54 dollar shot to help her stop vomiting, to see if that works first, then put her on a chicken and rice diet for 5 days. I agreed and asked if she should also get an X-ray to make sure there is nothing serious. He said Yes, they will do that. Then he left the room. Then a different Lady came in the room and said that they wanted an additional 147 dollars to perform a parvovirus test, before they would take any X-rays and another 399 dollars for pills and a shot to take home with me.. I said I just wanted the 54 dollar shot and the charge for the X-ray. She replied that my dog might have Parvovirus and Refused to X-ray unless I paid 147 extra. Saying she didn't want a dog in Her hospital that has parvovirus. I replied that the puppy had already been sitting here for 3 hours and has been put into 3 different back rooms already. So if they were concerned that the puppy had Parvovirus why didnt they require that test before they brought her into the back rooms and put all the other dogs and animals at risk of being infected? Note that the puppy does not and did not have parvovirus. The Lady still flat out Refused to X-ray unless I gave her 147 dollars first for a so called test. I said No I will just get the 54 dollar shot and Go somewhere else. Then She made me Pay for the shot First, and made me sign a release form saying that ( I refused the X-rays ) before I could get my puppy back. Isn't this just like Kidnapping or Extortion? I will Never go to this Rippoff place again, and If You are Smart Go Somewhere Else.

All the ones closest to me were full for the night so another veterinarian referred me to this particular one. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by the staff. I didn't have to wait long because I was the only one there at the time. The veterinarian was extremely understanding and listened attentively to me explaining what was going on with my dog. She gave me a few scenarios of what may be the issue and the different type of tests to determine the cause. She was caring and gentle with my fur baby. She was extremely thorough explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely bring my fur babies back here because the customer service and care was top notch.
