I've taken my pets to Crossroads for the last twenty years. They are always friendly and professional. The staff is fantastic, they are very good with dogs and cats alike. They diagnosed my dog with epilepsy and helped us understand the condition and provided an effective treatment plan. These people are truly compassionate. I highly recommend them for your pets!

The good doctors have retired, and what is left caused my dog to suffer and die. I called up after 1 week of following their instructions and was told the doctor was not in. All they had was a fill-in vet, and they were busy. The little girl at the desk never offered to have the fill-in vet call me. Being emotional after spending about 1000 dollars in one day there and my dog being treated as if they did not care. This place had been the only vet she had for 12 years. She was constantly throwing up, and I could tell in pain. The girl actually got snippy with me and hung up on me. I went to the office and got all her records and took her to another vet. They infused her with 2 bags of fluids, as she was severely dehydrated. The new vet put her on nausea, antibiotics, and pain medication. Special food with probiodics and appetite stimulate. If she had had this at th e beginning, she may have had a chance. I wasted a week of her life following Crossroads instructions. The doctor at Crossroads never even tried to talk to me. Only the little girl at the front that takes your money. If you love your pet, do not take them there. The good doctors are gone.

Dr. McIntyre and the Crossroads staff are amazing. We have been taking our pets to Dr. McIntyre and staff since the clinic opened at its original location in 1994 when there was a Randall's at FM529/Highway 6. Compassionate care, personal interest and a team we completely trust.

Some of the MOST incredible doctors and veterinary staff around. Genuinely care about the patients and the problem and work very hard to solve it. I brought my elderly cat to get his eye fixed, but unfortunately, bloodwork revealed that he had kidney failure, and they were able to tell me that he had a limited amount of time left. The team provided multiple options and ways to help out, but also gave simple ways to reduce his suffering. He recently passed. Thanks to this lovely team, they made him the healthiest I've seen in years, apart from the kidneys. His breathing improved, and his eye was improving as well. Without their care, I would've never known my cat was terminally ill, and I was granted time to really cherish him. Don't go to any other veterinarian. They will NEVER provide the level of care you get here. Outstanding team. Thank you so much, Crossroads Animal Clinic Team!
