I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Schoeck. I have taken all three of my senior dogs to various veterinarians over the years, but no one has ever shown the level of care, dedication, and compassion that she has. One of my dogs was seriously ill, and despite countless visits to different vets, no one could figure out what was wrong—until Dr. Schoeck. Her expertise, patience, and determination to get to the root of the problem gave my dog the treatment he desperately needed, and for that, I am forever grateful. It’s so rare to find someone with such a genuine love for what they do, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who will treat their pets like family. She is, without a doubt, the only vet I trust. Thank you, Dr. Schoeck, for everything!

They were able to get us in the very next day when my cat had an infected bite and was doing terribly. They were able to remedy the problem give him antibiotics and painkillers and he was good in a day or two. They provided great no-nonsense care at what I found to be a reasonable price.

I've used this place for years! The staff are polite and super friendly with the animals. They've never steered me wrong and always attempt to help out with pricing and alternatives, if needed. I definitely recommend this place!

My family has been coming to Cresent Springs Animal hospital for 10+ years. They are more on the expensive side (there's itemized charge for every little thing) so we've tried to limit our visits whenever possible. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our sweet fur baby last month due to a terminal illness. We arranged to have our sweet girl "Reina" put to sleep and cremated through Cresent Springs Animal hospital. Several packages were offered for creamation the only variation in cost was due to dog weight and the type of urn. Since we already had our own urn(A beautiful urn with a space for dog hair and a impression of the dogs paw) we chose a fairly basic package. I made sure I asked the receptionist over the phone about the paw impression being included with the creamation. I was assured that the paw impression would be done and was included in the cost of the creamation. On the day our Reina was put to sleep I confirmed the importance of the paw impression when I handed the receptionist my credit card. She said she would make sure our request was noted. After our Reina received the first injection for sedation before the euthanasia injection my 8 yr old daughter(who loves and never known a day with our or dog), became extremely emotional and didn't want to leave our dog. Dr. Weiss, placed his hand on my daughters shoulder and asked her if she would like them to make a paw print of Reina's that we could keep forever. My daughter, of course wailed "YES!" through her tears. Today we picked up Reina's ashes from Cresent Springs Animal clinic and my daughter noticed almost immediately that the paw impression was missing. I called Cresent Springs Animal Clinic and asked about the missing paw impression and the receptionist said "Sorry, the paw impression wasn't done." I then called the crematorium and they said that they don't do the paw impressions and if one was requested it would have been done by Cresent Springs Animal clinic staff. I've been on the fence about writing this review. The fact that my daughter has been sobbing for the last few hours since I explained a paw impression is no longer possible since Reina has been creamated has fueled this review. What might seem like a small oversight to some has poured salt in a wound that hasn't begun to heal.
