Dr Aziz & staff are quite the animal lovers & very good at what they do! My partner & I have come here numerous times as we find several strays in the neighborhood through the last few years & each time, they take quality care & are very up front about pricing & taking time to explain things thoroughly. (We always ask a ton of questions). Dr. Aziz, Cecilia & Aja legitimately care for the well being of all animals & also provide microchipping scanning the strays at no cost or appointment. Thank you all for taking the time to help us out especially when we need help with all these strays! (Even when you’re closing up already) ☺️ You’re the best & you have our continued business!

Dec 21, 2024 · George Grant BurchDr. Aziz and her team delivered their usual excellent service during today’s visit. We were a “work in” today but we were given the best care possible. We love Dr. Aziz for her straightforward forward approach in assessing the issues with our pups. She is caring and gentle and we don’t know what we would do without her.
Feb 08, 2025 · Leslee FarleyVery honest review for emergency situations only… for regular checkups and staff, I would give 5 stars. We brought our kitty here Saturday because our regular vet was closed. He was not eating or using the cat box. The receptionist was so polite and fit us into their full schedule. We agreed to pay for the full testing (bloodwork, X-rays, ultrasound, sedative). They took our kitty back and called back with extensive knowledge of the bloodwork and approval to do X-rays and ultrasound. No problem. Next call was to come pick him up. We left with an appetite stimulant, medication for pain and anxiety, flea prevention, and a jar of chicken baby food. They were closed Sunday so we fed the baby food, collected the urine, and came back Monday. On the way to the vet, my kitty peed all over himself. I apologized since I had not realized it until I went to pick him up out of the carrier. They were very sweet and cleaned up my carrier, too. While I was in the room the doctor explained that what he was eating was not enough and that he now needed to be hospitalized and if he didn’t improve, we would need to see a specialist since she was not sure the cause of his fever. She recommended a few. When I declined, she insisted on showing me the quote to which I declined once more and I mentioned possibly needing to discuss end of life treatment with my family. I was called to the back to put my cat back in his carrier (the vet tech was very sweet and kind but my cat was growling a lot). While in the back, the doctor proceeded to ask if we wanted to try the antibiotics and hope that it helps. I said that would be great! I’d rather try than go straight to putting him down. She then said that was the test on the quote, so when I asked how much was the test without all the extra IV and observation, she asked if her tech had not fully explained the costs. The test was inexpensive so we did it. The results showed it was not the issue so we left without any antibiotics and to seek end of life options. As soon as I left, I went to my usual low cost vet and for one tenth the price (I know pricing is sensitive so I won’t be specific) but for one tenth the price, we received a fluid pack and two antibiotics via injection. I really wanted to love this vet but I think they’re all just very new. The staff is all very friendly but still learning. The doctor is still young and incredibly smart but not so great with the soft skills that come with time. I’m afraid she might be missing the forest for the trees. Instead of doing something and adjusting, she would rather diagnose the exact cause. I get it. I find it super frustrating as a perfectionist to get the 100% right answer and sometimes that comes off as being rude or snobby but I don’t think that is the case at all here… she does care about the animals and I think it’s just frustrating to not know the answer. In medicine, it is a practice, I get that too, but I would think an antibiotic that could treat 60-80% of the “what ifs” would be better than running tests until 100% sure the exact cause. That could be the difference in life or death and that is the reason for my review. I wish this practice good luck and patience while learning. They do have great staff and again, the doctor is very bright and knowledgeable. I only see some development needed in risk based treatment options, especially with critical patients. My reply: The X-ray and ultrasound did not show cancer, nor did the blood test reflect autoimmune. The most common treatment for fever in cats is antibiotics, which my vet administered. I apologize for using “young” as I generally take that as a compliment. Again, my review complimented the staff and I would imagine this is a great place for routine checkups, but perhaps not so much for emergency care (or cases of fever).
