We had to put down our cat yesterday and the team at Craven Creek was extremely kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and they treated us and our sweet cat with a lot of compassion in a really difficult and sad moment and made sure he was comfortable. It was also clear that there was a lot of thought put into creating the process itself to minimize stress on all parties. We are really grateful for their kindness and compassion.

Absolutely amazing vet. Everyone is so friendly and they understand when things can be too much. My baby Luna was treated with so much love and care. She was nervous at first but they gave her some cat nip and a special calming spray and she was walking around and exploring in no time. I wil never use another vet as long as Craven Creek is around

What an improvement from my last vet experience where the assistant was telling me what the doctor should have done. The staff was so friendly and agreed to see our pup the same day we called. Doctor G figured out what was wrong and did the surgery the same day and now my pup is home recovering nicely. Craven Creek Vet is four steps up from my experience at Holly Tree Animal Hospital. Y’all! These are the nicest people. ALL the staff go out of their way to make it an easy experience for everyone. They try to have pets in rooms right away so there isn’t a lot of pet overlap. Their techs are sweet as pie too! They’re awesome.
