Came in as a walk in for my dog, Ace. Right after check in there was no wait and we were put in a room immediately. Shortly after I discussed my concerns with the vet tech that was extremely kind. (i wish i grabbed her name) I then met and spoke to Dr. Leucuta who was compassionate, kind, and truly listened to my concerns regarding my dog. I will always recommend this place. Thank you, Coyne teamđź’—

We have been coming here for years with multiple pets and still come even after moving out of the area. The facility is clean and doesn’t smell, the staff is friendly and the doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Coyne CP.

We've been bringing our anxious German Shepherd here for the last four years. The Drs, techs, groomers and front office staff have always been kind and compassionate with our special pup. He can be a handful to deal with at times and needs a patient hand. He came down with an allergic reaction after immunizations and grooming. I brought him back and they treated him free of charge. Ever since they've been premedicating for any immunizations. We absolutely appreciate their kindness and attention to detail.

I’m disappointed and frustrated with this place. First we’re told that we can bring our dog in for an evaluation no later than 2pm for the Doggy Daycare. We get here at 1pm and now they’re saying it has to be before 12pm or they won’t accept her for assessment. We’ve been waiting almost an hour now, it’s almost 2pm for them to “call the Doggy Daycare to see if they can do it” and to “figure out who told us on Wednesday that it was okay as long as it was before 2pm” which shouldn’t take an hour. They made us get the Influenza Vaccine for $52 + $15 fee for them to even do the shot FOR the Doggy Daycare that she may or may not be able to do, that they may or may not be able to evaluate her for. It’s ridiculous. They dropped the ball more times than this for other things too, I have shown her updated records and brought her shot records for them to still tell me she needs things she had or to almost double dose her in the past. It’s why we switched vets in the first place, but we were suggested the Daycare because it was apparently “a good daycare” which hopefully that’s true. And hopefully they take care of my dog because recent reviews have me concerned. Then also, every single time we call or have to go in no one knows what they’re doing and every single time we are told something different which is annoying. I never know what is true or what to trust, they’re overly expensive and the Porter Country Pet Clinic is so much more affordable. They’re nicer and they actually care about your pets, they actually make sure things are correct and when we have brought our papers from COYNE they’ve noticed a lot of mistakes that the vets made even just inputting the information like marking her vaccines in the notes and not actually updating things. It’s extremely concerning….

We’ve boarded with Coyne for years but service has gone down tremendously. Every time I board my dogs they come back injured. It’s always new staff there so if it’s a high turnover, that means the business side isn’t doing well. If they can’t take care of the business side I’m sure they aren’t capable of taking good care of hundreds of dogs. During this recent boarding, my dog came back with scrapes on his mouth. And I have a before picture for reference. In addition, In the past, my husky had a swollen face. Both had open wounds in the past - a total of three times (only one situation is pictured). Literally every single time I get them back I have to nurse them back to health. On top of that the customer service is terrible.
