Always taking care of my fur babies never had an issue and the bills aren’t terrible reasonable I would say. Especially makes me feel comfortable taking them in to this clinic all the time!

My wife and I have been bringing our two dogs here since 2020.  For the most part, the staff does a good job with our dogs, but today we were disappointed with how our puppy was handled.  As part of our regular checkup, we had the staff cut the nails of our dog.  We were specific in that we asked not to cut too much (to avoid bleeding) and not to make it a traumatic experience.  Minutes later, the person came back our dog and the nails were cut TERRIBLY, there was bleeding and our pup ended up having diarrhea.  We were disappointed with our experience today, but on the whole - they do provide good service.

My dog was seen right away & the vet was very thorough with the plan of care and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I personally felt like it was reasonably priced as well given all the meds l came home with & they gave my dog an IV bolus. Overall very pleased with this clinic.

AMAZING DOCTOR AND STAFF. Immediately caught issue that Queens Animal did not. Clean like a surgical room. Staff is WONDERFUL AND I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT DR GERBER - she took time to find us a cost for fixing the eye issue with my puppy. I cannot believe how great this place is. We settled for our former place simply because it was a couple of blocks away. I’m ashamed I did. This is such a great office and affordable that we and my in-laws are switching the care of our 7 combined dogs to this Vet. Unlike QAH they printed all the visit details for us. They were instantly family. The waiting room was immaculate also. It’s worth the extra time to get there!!! This is how animal care should be!!! Also must add in that they included a nail trim in the office visit. Simply wonderful.

My review here is in response to the person below (Evelyn Araujo) who posted a very negative review on 1/06/2025. The Front Desk persons at Court Square Animal Hospital are ALL SUPERB. I have had dozens and dozens of very positive and pleasant interactions with them for cats that I’ve brought in for examinations over the past three months. They have 100% of the time been highly courteous to me and to others while I was there. And their Veterinarians are excellent. Beware of negative reviews that accuse, but leave a million details out and end up being outright fabrications.

I can't recommend Dr. Miranda Gerber at Court Square Animal Hospital enough! She is so knowledgeable, patient, dedicated and truly caring! 💟 ✅From the initial exam to lab tests, diagnosis, and surgery, everything was handled incredibly quickly—within a week. ✅She is extremely patient and thorough, taking the time to call and send DETAILED emails explaining my dog's condition, diagnosis, and treatment options. ✅She went above and beyond by consulting specialists she knew to answer our questions, even though it wasn’t her responsibility at all!!! And she responded to us super quickly. ✅She even followed up on my dog’s progress even after treatment at a separate facility (which specializy in my dog’s condition), showing how much she truly cares. We are very lucky to have Dr. Gerber as our vet!!! 💕🐕👩‍⚕️

The team here is great, we’ve been bringing Banjo (our 14-lb chihuahua mix) here for the last couple years and the annual exams / visits are very thorough and comprehensive. We especially love Dr. Gerber, she takes time to answer all our questions, has a soothing presence when our little guy is anxious, and is always transparent / upfront about cost of services that she recommends. Would give her 6 stars if we could!

UPDATE 5 months after initial review 9/24 today is 3/23/25 - I should add in that Dr Gerber and Staff are kind and it’s absolutely like taking your dog to a family member who happens to be a Vet or staff. Kindness here is absolutely Genuine!! I don’t know any doctors let alone a vet who will go to all the trouble that Dr Gerber did when my dog Tippi was expecting. She made our choice to have this litter possible. There will be some new families who can thank this office for four beautiful ShihTzu puppies! I can’t believe the additional work Dr Gerber did for us. Amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
