I had been going to this vet since I was a child over 20 years ago and it has gone extremely downhill. In addition to price gouging, rude customer service, and extreme difficulty with communication, they’re now trying to extort me. Ordered a medication online for my dog’s chronic condition, at half the price they charge, and seemingly to make their money back are insisting that he be reexamined. He has been going there since he was a puppy, so they are well aware of his condition. So I guess despite his suffering, they want to delay his medication to make a buck; not the sign of a business that cares about animals first, like a vet should. This isn’t the first incident and sadly I now believe will not be the last. I highly recommend a different vet despite their outwardly reputable appearance.

Delightful small practice in a cute convenient setting next to Dupage River. We decided to try a new vet practice when we adopted our new dog this April. We had used the previous vet for over 25 years and found customer service, communication and accuracy was declining. So far we have found this practice to be friendly, responsive and accurate. I especially like being able to make an appointment rather than walk in and waste 2 or 3 hours in a waiting room.

Dr. Selvaggio and her team are the best! We have a 14yr old dog and have been to a handful of vets during his life. But once we found County Line Animal Hospital, we stopped looking. And that was 10 years ago! They take great care of our dog when he needs it the most. We feel very lucky to have found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their pets. Update: The staff at County Line assisted us in helping our little Coco cross the rainbow bridge yesterday. They continued to do everything they could to help our pet and support us as his family, even staying a little late so that our whole family could be there with him to say goodbye. So grateful and lucky to have found this practice some 10 years ago. Thank you ❤️

The staff and vets are the best! They take good care of our pets and us whenever we visit. We've been bringing our pets here for around 26 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. We highly recommend County Line Animal Hospital to people who need a great care for their pets!
