Apr 13, 2025 · Vicki ColemànThe staff at County Line Animal Hospital is a role model for excellent customer service. The doctors, vet techs, groomer and ladies who work behind the counter make you feel like you’re their most important and valued customer. Dr. Tim holds a special place in our hearts. Over the years, he has been there when it was time to say goodbye to our precious pups. His love and compassion helped us cope with our difficult decisions. I hope he realizes how much he is loved and appreciated. Our dog loves to go to her appointments and doesn’t want to leave! I think that is the greatest compliment I could give! Thank you for all the years of love and excellent care.

I have been with them at the start and end of a pets life and it's all about compassion and caring for the pet as well as their owner. Mar 28, 2025 · Joyce HoevenaarMy elderly dog was suffering a lot of pain from arthritis in the rear legs. Most of the vet's I called had extreme long wait times for an appointment. I mean months. I was able to get in here in I think 4 days. Vet tech was very helpful and good with my dog. The vet was very informative and very thorough. Front counter staff was good. Got a prescription for non-Narcotic pain relief for her and it's made a world of difference overnight. I appreciate you guys helping me out so much and making my dog not suffer anymore.
