We acquired a horse that wasn’t touched in March of 25’ and she had a spot on her eye. No vet in our area would come near it especially with her lack of handling. Dr. Lillard was recommended from a friend of mine and she was extremely patient and understanding of our situation. Our horse had to undergo a Enucleation and it went SO SMOOTH. I could not ask for better service and will definitely be back.

The vets and staff are wonderful. My dog had emergency surgery and recieved the best care possible with a correct diagnosis. This was after being misdiagnosed by an emergency vet center in Knoxville. Very thankful to the doctor and to have been referred here by Erin. Thank you !

Dr. Lillard has seen all three of my fur kids, and I have been very impressed! She is very knowledgeable with the questions I ask, and also responds quickly! She has walked with me through the whole journey of healing a sesamoid fracture in my horse. It has been a very emotional time for me, and Dr. Lillard has made sure to keep me well educated. My 17yr old cat Rascal recently had to be hospitalized, and he is better than ever! I love the facilities, and the farm calls are nothing short of phenomenal!

Countryside has been absolutely amazing to us through the entirety of our ordeal involving the removal of a large cancerous mass from my cat’s chest. They treated her well, kept us informed and provided all of the options that were available to us, and responded promptly to any questions or concerns that we raised both in and out of appointments, all while offering services at one of the most affordable rates that I’ve encountered throughout a lifetime of pet ownership.
