Apr 27, 2025 · Cathy SybertWe're so happy we found this clinic. It's about a 30 minute drive from our house, but definitely worth it! Our first emergency visit was for my daughter's sick guinea pigs. They got upper respiratory infections from switching their pape litter to pine shavings. One had already passed and the other 2 were extremely sick. We were told to come in the same morning that we called. They were given antibiotics in the office and purchased a bottle to take home to continue treatment at home. Our piggies made a full recovery! Our second visit was for my daughter's baby Netherland dwarf bunny (smaller than my hand). She made the mistake of trying to introduce her fully grown female Holland lop to the baby and it didn't end well. She attacked the baby and ripped it's leg open. My daughter called the clinic, expecting to leave a message because they were closed, but the doctor answered and told us to bring her in and he'd meet us there. He disinfected her wound and stitched her tiny little leg right up. As others have said, he's incredibly reasonable with his pricing. We were only charged $10 for an after hours visit! It gives me peace of mind knowing that we will actually be able to afford to take our fur babies to the vet now. Also, some of his fur babies hang out at the clinic and they are just the sweetest! We are incredibly grateful for the care he gave our fur babies !
Apr 11, 2024 · Jennifer LeighIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the second time in 12 years I have gone back and i remembered why I said it would be last years ago. I took my cat in her first time at the vet to get all her shots up to date and to get her checked out for ringworms. Took her in and he was just rude. First off only gave my cat one shot when i wanted all her shots updated just flat out said I’m only giving her one . Just litterally at first looked at my cat after me telling him she has ringworms can you test for that?!? Finally had me hold her while he shined a black light to see if she did and she does and then told me well I don’t have any medicine for her I’ll have to order some . Okay so I asked when it will be in he then says it very rude well idk give it a day and it should be in . Not going back ever again. I think it’s been time to hang your hat up. Long story short I needed up taking my car to another vet and got treated way better and didn’t just get brushed off like he did. If you want your animal to really be seen then don’t take them there he will not do much and then jsut treat you like crap.
Mar 05, 2025 · Kel'se BreedloveWould be zero stars if I could. Was told my cat was dehydrated and that reflected his weight loss, after I had already informed him I was a decent amount of weight. Gave him a shot and sent him home. No other test. Nothing else done. Now less then 24 hrs later I have to explain to my 8 yr old twins why their cat lays dead on my bed. I think doc Wallace needs to retire and be in his way. I can only hope when it's his time he gets the same kind of doctor. Lawsuits WILL FOLLOW.
Jan 07, 2025 · Michael “Quick” SwiechI have never witnessed a clinic in such DISGUSTING condition. Brought my dog here as an emergency to eval a toothache, since our vet is closed for the weekend. “Dr” Wallace appeared to be very absent minded and couldn’t even remember what I had told him two seconds ago. The table in the room had an open syringe and dirty/bloody napkins on it. He proceeds to take my dogs temp and then can’t hear it beeping that it’s done, so he sits there with a dazed and confused look on his face. Finally removed the thermometer and wipes it with the DIRTY napkin from the table. I left in that moment. I am in complete shock. This place needs to be reported and shut down.
