Duke loves his Doctor and all the girls that works there. They are fantastic people and put the animals first we brought Duke there the first time we were supposed to pay the first $75 before they saw it but I didn't know that and I thought we could bring the money with us and when we got there because he was really sick they kind of waved that factor and they let us pay then and they got him right in I highly recommend the place they were really good with us and Duke and they took really good care of Duke and Duke Now is better than ever he's enjoying his life outside running around and having a good old time so glad that we have them as Duke's doctor would not want any other way so thank you to all the staff.... from the waldvogel family.

Mar 31, 2025 · ride moreFrom the minute I walked through the door everyone from the staff at the desk, to the tech, to the vet were so nice and welcoming. Answered all of my questions and even sent a text the day after Leo’s vaccinations to check up on my little guy. They make you feel like family!
May 22, 2025 · Briana HalveyI had an appointment scheduled with my animals for 5/9. I had an emergent situation come up and had to reschedule. I called and spoke to Megan, who said that wasn’t a problem but she would have to check on my deposit (if it could be applied to my rescheduled appointment or not). She came back to the phone and said we were all set and my deposit was still good. Today, 5/12, I get a call from the office, stating the management is eating the deposit and to schedule a new appointment it will be $240, that the original person scheduling the appointment didn’t collect the correct deposit again. Melissa, who I spoke with, also stated that Megan offered for me to still come in Friday with 2 of my animals and just rescheduled the one I had an emergent situation with, but this was never offered to me as an option. In fact, I was told the best option was to reschedule the 3 animals I had originally scheduled the appointment for. I was just told on Friday I was all set, scheduled the new appointment and everything, only to be called on Monday because a business changed their minds and is going back on what an employee informed a customer. I spoke to someone in management (don’t recall her name). She said Megan is claiming the events of the phone call went differently (of course she is, she was in the wrong for giving a client false information). The woman from management was very rude and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. She went as far as telling me I should’ve just known I should’ve/could’ve still come in the with the other 2 animals. I explained that I was told the best option was just to reschedule all 3. She hung up on me, instead of trying to resolute the situation with a customer in a professional manner. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service this business has. I’m glad I saw how they really are before I brought my animals to them, it’s alarming that they are okay with treating customers this way. I wouldn’t recommend even booking an appointment, do yourself a favor and avoid running into a situation like this!
