Country Oaks Animal Hospital

I have been coming to Country Oaks Animal Hospital for years and have ALWAYS felt so loved here~not only for myself but for my precious great dane Penny. When I moved to Brandon briefly, I would make the trip here because there is no greater care than Country Oaks Animal Hospital. I’m truly blessed to have such excellent care for my girl. I brought my kitty Binx in for a urinary blockage, Dr.Ortiz took amazing care of him and was able to relieve him from his pain and clear the blockage. While Binx was there, he was able to diagnose him with a congenital heart condition called cardiomyopathy. I had no idea he had a heart condition considering he’s only a year and a half old. Unfortunately, this condition shortens the life of a cat, I took all the measures that Dr. Ortiz recommended to make his life comfortable. A few months later Binx peacefully passed away in his sleep, without the diagnosis from Dr. Ortiz, this would’ve been very unexpected, but I was prepared for it because of this. When I took Binxs in to have him cremated, the staff was so compassionate towards me especially Dr. Ortiz, the empathy and kindness that I received from the staff that day made me feel so comforted, knowing that these people truly care about your pet. Shout out to Elizabeth, Sandra, Yvette and Missy, All my interactions with them were always positive, Friendly, helpful and caring. Country Oaks Animal Hospital is highly recommend and I will always bring my pets here.

I had the best experience at this vet. I'm am thrilled to write a review. My wife and I mistakenly stopped here yesterday afternoon, We had the wrong address. One of the front desk staff, Missy, was willing to help us find the right location we were scheduled to go to which turned out to be 20 minutes away. She was the nicest person. My wife decided to ask if they had time to take us and examine our dog Oreo. They said they were booked but they will ask the doctor. Doctor Mark said yes. He took Oreo in, examined him and spent time with us to answer all of our questions. We were able to tell he really cared about animals. We were not rushed in anyway even though they were over booked. We also met the office manager and she was just as nice and very professional. She took the time to explain their processes and what they had to offer. The place was so clean and it did not have any kind of bad odor in the office. I was really amazed on how clean it was inside. From the beginning, Missy took the time to help us even when we were not initially their customer,. If it wasn't for her we would not have met Dr. Mark, the manager and all the other great staff at Country Oaks. Bring your pets to Country Oaks...They really care and do a good job in showing it.

I’ve been coming to this vet for a really long time and have unfortunately had to put many pets down here also. They always get me in last minute in emergencies and the staff is very kind and caring. You can tell the doctors really care.

So far this office has been so lovely to work with. The staff are the absolute sweetest and the vets are fantastic too. I feel so comfortable boarding our dogs here when we are away. My husband and I are so grateful for their help when a minor vehicle accident happened in the parking lot after picking up the dogs and they brought the dogs back inside for AC and while my husband waited for FHP. They stayed later than they needed to for our dogs that evening and it made me feel bad that they probably wanted to go home but I felt so good knowing I am trusting these caring people with my dogs. Definitely stopped by with some treats for the staff the next day to express some of our gratitude.
