My dog, Pluto, is very timid and it is near impossible to clip his nails! Dr. Cassat and her team was able to keep my dog restrained nicely while ensuring he didn’t move his paws so she could safely trim his nails. Her team is wonderful and she is always extremely honest about my dog and kind to me as his parent!

Welcome to Country Care Clinic

Welcome to Country Care Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 25105 State Hwy 96 in Webb City, Missouri. As part of the Pet Hospital category, Country Care Clinic aims to provide veterinary services to the local community. Based on available customer reviews, experiences appear to vary, with some clients highlighting positive aspects such as the handling of timid animals, while others express significant concerns regarding communication and compassion.

Information regarding the specific environment of Country Care Clinic is limited. However, typical veterinary clinics strive to maintain a clean and organized setting for examinations, procedures, and the comfort of animals and their owners. It is expected that Country Care Clinic would have examination rooms, potential surgical areas, and spaces for housing animals temporarily when necessary for treatment or observation. The overall atmosphere can significantly impact a pet owner's experience, and while one review praises the team's approach to a timid dog, another describes an interaction that suggests a lack of professionalism and compassion within the business.

The services offered at Country Care Clinic, based on the provided reviews, include at least routine procedures such as nail trimming. One positive review specifically mentions Dr. Cassat and her team's ability to safely and effectively trim the nails of a very timid dog named Pluto. This suggests that the clinic is equipped to handle animals with behavioral challenges and take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of both the pet and the staff during procedures. The reviewer also notes Dr. Cassat's honesty regarding the dog's health and her kindness towards the pet owner, indicating a positive interaction in this instance.

However, another review presents a starkly contrasting experience. This customer expresses severe dissatisfaction with the clinic's lack of compassion and significant communication issues. The reviewer recounts a distressing situation where they were not informed about their pet's passing until they arrived at the clinic, despite being told they would receive updates. The interaction described as "you know she has a life right?" when seeking information about a deceased pet is cited as extremely unprofessional. This negative feedback raises serious concerns about the clinic's communication protocols and the level of empathy shown to grieving pet owners.

One notable feature of Country Care Clinic, as highlighted in the positive review, is the team's ability to work effectively with timid animals. Dr. Cassat and her team are commended for their gentle restraint techniques that allowed for a safe nail trimming procedure without causing undue stress to the dog. This suggests a level of skill and patience in handling animals with anxiety or behavioral issues during veterinary care.

Conversely, a significant concern raised by the negative review is the apparent lack of effective communication within the business. The discrepancy between being promised updates on an animal's health and not receiving critical information in a timely manner points to potential systemic issues. This breakdown in communication can lead to significant distress for pet owners, especially when dealing with serious health concerns or the loss of a pet.

The negative review also strongly suggests a lack of compassion in at least one instance. The response received when inquiring about a deceased pet is described as disgraceful and unprofessional, indicating a failure to handle a sensitive situation with appropriate empathy and care. This raises questions about the overall customer service and the staff's training in handling emotionally challenging interactions with pet owners.

Currently, there is no information provided that suggests any specific promotional offers from Country Care Clinic. Potential local users would need to contact the clinic directly to inquire about pricing for services or any ongoing promotions. The conflicting reviews make it challenging to assess the overall value proposition of the clinic. While they may excel in certain areas, such as handling timid animals, the serious concerns raised about communication and compassion should be carefully considered by prospective clients.

For local users in Webb City, MO, considering Country Care Clinic, it would be prudent to weigh the positive feedback regarding the handling of difficult animals against the significant negative feedback concerning communication and compassion. It may be beneficial to seek additional information or testimonials to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the clinic's practices and customer service approach. Direct communication with the clinic to inquire about their communication protocols and how they handle sensitive situations might also be advisable.

To learn more about the services offered at Country Care Clinic and to address any concerns arising from the contrasting reviews, interested individuals can contact them directly at (417) 673-4443 or the mobile number +1 417-673-4443. This place has 0 compassion for the people who bring their beloved pets to them. They don’t update you on your animals health when they tell you they will and they have a lot of communication issues within the business. Being told “you know she has a life right?” when you’re just trying to get information on your pet that you lost THAT MORNING WITHOUT BEING INFORMED UNTIL YOU WALKED IN THE BUILDING is extremely unprofessional and if I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Disgraceful.

Losing a pet is always hard, the last thing you need is the vet you trusted with your pet to be lacking of any compassion. I’ve gone to other local vets for my animals last days and received the care you’d expect, the same cannot be said for Country Care. Being brushed off when your pet is in their last moments and not being told your pet has passed until you walk in the door after attempting to contact the vet previously and having to resort to showing up in person to get any type of answer is horrible. I hope some training is in order for how this situation was handled but I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this office.

I've seen a lot of reviews...I can tell you from my own experience...and I'm a very particular person...that Dr.Cassat is a thorough and caring vet. She speaks her mind. She tells you what she thinks. She's right to do so. If you are giving your pet something bad...it's her duty to tell you. Heed her advice...she does all she can for not only your animals...but to help you save on costs. She's my preferred vet. I trust her! I would also like to add that Dr.Cassatt genuinely cares about animals. I've been to very expensive clinics and experienced vets that not only don't seem to know what's going on with my fur babies.. but don't seem to care either. She cares. She really and genuinely does!

—I had taken my dogs to this clinic for several years. Last time I scheduled and appointment the receptionist was very rude when I did not know what certain type of probiotic pill I had given my pet. I had cancelled the appointment later that day and rescheduled with another clinic and she never updated the info, stating later I was a no call/no show. This week @ 0400 I have an emergency situation with my puppy. The vet answered the phone call promptly and said she could not see my puppy and would not be in the office until noon. Do not recommend.—
