Great people and over the top treatment of our pets, staff is great now. I say that because the receptionist that caused the bad reviews is now gone. She wasn't nice but everyone else was great. Glad he corrected this problem

Dr is very informative, honest and caring, nurses and receptionists are awesome as well and they give the best care to your fur babies. Glad I made the choice to go. Prices are good compared to other places and the care received. My baby has had 2 surgeries and my other has had one surgery here and I trust them to give the best care like they would their own babies. I like the fact they do appointments so ur not there all day waiting to be seen. Easy to get an appointment in a timely manner. Usually in and out with in less than an hr. Would highly recommend this place.

The absolute best! My poor sweet Izzy (a Frenchie) accidentally overheated today and I called in a panic and let them listen to her. She wasn’t walking, was drooling, panting, and gasping for air. They immediately got her in as an emergency and everybody, right down to the receptionist, was ready to jump in and help when we arrived. My sweet girl was treated with utmost care and respect and Dr Eddens explained everything to me step by step. I never felt more cared for as I did today! The price was extremely reasonable to at $115 for an emergency visit. I’m so happy we switched to this clinic a year ago.

The staff was good with cadence, but I was very disappointed and very heartbroken when I had to put him down, I specifically asked for 2 things because I was having him cremated, I wanted a paw print and some ashes left out, so when I got the call to pick up his ashes and found out those. 2 things was not done, I was extremely angry and even more hurt, so make sure you double check and triple check before you have your baby cremated if you want special things

As a medical doctor, I am deeply disturbed by the unprofessionalism displayed at this veterinary clinic. A close friend of mine recently took their pet here and experienced shocking mistreatment. After reviewing a recording of the interaction, I was appalled by the veterinarian’s lack of professionalism—not only in the way they treated the animal but also in their completely inappropriate and uncalled-for remarks toward my friend. As a physician, I understand the importance of professionalism, respect, and compassion in any healthcare setting—whether for humans or animals. This veterinarian displayed none of those qualities. Instead, their behavior was condescending, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. No pet owner should have to experience such treatment, and no medical professional—whether in veterinary medicine or human healthcare—should ever conduct themselves in this manner. I strongly advise pet owners to seek care elsewhere. Your animal deserves to be treated with kindness and expertise, and you deserve to be respected as a paying client. This clinic fails on both fronts.
