An exceptional experience! We were welcomed upon entrance and brought to an exam room in a timely fashion, where we met Dr. Bob. He was welcoming, informative and did a thorough examination on my Kitty Cat. We are new to the area and very pleased with our interactions with Cottonwood Veterinary. We trust any further visits to be just as professionally handled with the same care as we received. Thank you Cottonwood Veterinary for your caring and attentive place of business! Hurray! We found a new and great place of care in time of need for my Kitty Cat! Thanks again.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and very informative. They made sure that my kittens felt comfortable because they were both very anxious with it being their first time to the vet and they gave me lots of great information that I didn't know beforehand so I feel more confident that I'm taking good care of my kittens. They also got me in under a week after I made the call to them for their appointments.

We love the care that is given to our best fur child. I recommend everyone who is looking for a veterinarian to consider Cottonwood. It is easy and fast to get an unscheduled visit, we never feel pushed or forced into a treatment and are given great advice and options that fit Brock’s needs. Highly recommend! They also care for our grandpup Boone.

very disappointed. I called to transfer my dogs care after I though the vet who helped with my cat seemed great. My dog has medical issues and is on a lot of medications. He has to be raw fed. it’s balanced. It’s saved his life and was able to stop his allergy meds completely. I called and was told the veterinarian will not support raw feeding and to see a holistic vet… (there is none in this area). Sad to see that the veterinarian is unwilling to take me on as a client and learn about raw feeding and how much better it is than kibble (Proven by evidence based articles and practiced with several veterinarians). My dog almost died until I switched him off of kibble and onto a raw completely balanced diet. As a medical professional myself (to humans), it is vital to stay updated on evidence as well as new treatments and diets.

Dr.Neid is a caring, loving, wonderful veterinarian. The staff were also very warm and caring. We had to put down our greatly loved dog of almost 15 years. They made it a safe and loving place for our grief. She truly cares.
