Coronado Animal Clinic

It’s taken me some time to write this review due to the sensitive matter. But Dr Hutchison deserves this review and all the wonderful things life can give him and his incredible staff. He is by far, our favorite vet. We have since moved 45 minutes away and I still bring my dogs and cats, here. He is compassionate, very considerate with pet owners, incredibly patient and truly caring. He will listen to any concern you may and he will work with you on the best course of action, there after. Dr H performed surgery on our 4 month old puppy, for what unfortunately, turned out to be cancer. After surgery, she required daily bandage changes. He and Monique very kindly came in on a Saturday morning, even though they do not open on Saturdays, to change our girls dressings. He then carefully showed us how to do it for the Sunday change in order to avoid an ER visit. Unfortunately, our girl passed just 2 weeks post surgery. Dr H was incredibly kind and compassionate and always treated our girl with so much love. The day it was decided that there was nothing more that could be done for her, I’m fairly certain he cried with me on that phone call. I’m grateful to him for lovingly guiding us through that horrible time in our lives. My family and I were devastated, and rightly so. We’re so grateful it was Dr H who was with us through that time. I’m so glad we found Coronado Animal clinic. We are forever indebted to Dr H and his staff for taking such good care of all of our babies. I simply cannot recommend them enough.

Coronado has been my go to veterinarian for over 18 years now. I took my first pug here and they took care of her for 13 years until 2019 when she passed away. Now I bring all three of my pugs to see Dr. Leonard and or Dr. Hutchinson. They have always been very kind and loving to all of my babies. They have wonderful front desk staff and techs. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great veterinarian to call home in NSB.

Staff and doctor are amazing! When I moved here, I thought it would take me a while to find a good vet...I was amazed at how great this place is. Thank you!

Thank you so much, for taking Beau in without an appointment. He is feeling better, although still tired. I know he will continue to get better.

We've never been happier with a Veterinarian. I wish I could remember the female dr. & Assistants names, but they are exceptional people with compassion and knowledge that we are already putting into place (dog training) and seeing results! Thanks ladies for being so awesome. This is now our ONLY vet, even if I have to drive across the state.
