I brought my netherland dwarf bunny for treatment for his mis-bite. His first procedure was for both his incisors and molars that were overgrown, however he was still eating. The bill was almost $400, but I didn't mind it. He was worth it. Everything went well and I was very satisfied. This time around, he suddenly stopped eating, drinking, and pooping altogether. I brought him in and was told that he needed his incisors trimmed again and he was in GI stasis. I told the vet that I caught him chewing on my dogs flea collar as well. I was certain he would be admitted, but to my surprise he was only given a B12 injection and a fluid injection and sent home with a $230 bill. She said it could've been a combination of both the flea collar and his teeth. He was scheduled for another incisor trim the following Monday. We were told to continue giving him critical care. This happened on a Thursday. By the next day (Friday) he was refusing to eat any of it. I called the office in hopes of getting him back in, but he office was closed. I was contacted by the doctor on call who informed me that it was completely normal for them to refuse critical care and to just keep forcing it. I was also told by both vets (office and phone) that I could force small amounts of pineapple juice and also mix it in his critical care. Little did I know that pineapple juice is the WORST thing for rabbits in GI stasis. He continued to decline and by 5:00 Saturday morning he seized and died. It was a slow, painful, horrible death that could've been prevented. He was my baby and the pain I'm experiencing right now is unimaginable. We're supposed to be able to trust the vet with our fur babies, but I feel like more should have been done, due to the severity of his condition. I should've looked into it before I gave it to him. He was the sweetest bunny and he loved everyone I'll never find another bunny like him.đź’” * Upon reading reviews left by other unsatisfied customers, I'm expecting the owner to come after me and blame everything on me.

They have been very helpful with helping my cat get to a good weight. The staff is friendly, and they were very understanding when I forgot about an appointment one day because they let me come in later.

The staff is always amazing! They always are friendly and go above for their patients. Dr Straud is amazing and our favorite vet ever. Will only continue to use them due to their compassion and care at all times in our pets lives. We love them!

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. When offered assistance, I declined, as I did not feel it was necessary—having had no issues with my previous veterinarians. They were just looking to get more money out of me and that wasn’t even for the treatment. Just to see what was wrong. However, what was most concerning was the apparent lack of empathy and, more troublingly, the rudeness displayed not only toward myself but also toward other clients. During my extended wait in the lobby, I observed a pattern of dismissive and disrespectful behavior that I believe falls far short of the standard one should expect from a professional veterinary practice. I will not be returning, be cautious please!

Made an appointment for my dog. Upon arriving I thought “Hmm, that receptionist doesnt seem very friendly”.(many negative reviews on that) We were finally taken to a room, a tech asked us a few questions and said the Dr would be in… we waited for over 30 minutes, a hour past our appointment time. While waiting I began reading reviews, (should have done beforehand) and as you see they have lots of bad reviews which worried me, not only the reviews but the owners argumentative responses to the reviews seems very unprofessional. This prompted us to decide to use another vet.
