During our sweet boy Wolfie’s last year, Dr. Nannette Wagner provided the best possible care for him through his journey with congestive heart failure and tracheal collapse. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She got to know our Wolfie and his conditions extremely well, and was able to adjust his meds and add new ones to address whatever issue came up or became aggravated. She did not order unnecessary tests or x-rays at every return like other vets in the area do, and she was always willing to write prescriptions that I could fill elsewhere. In the end, when it was apparent that he could no longer go on, we were thankful that she was the one to put him to sleep, and he went peacefully and comfortably in her care. I could not have asked for a better vet during the last year of our sweet boy’s life. I will be forever thankful to Dr Wagner and her team of techs, as well as the office staff, for providing the outstanding and compassionate care that they did. I give Dr. Wagner and Conway veterinary Hospital my highest recommendation.

Jenny and the entire team at Conway Veterinary Hospital have been absolute lifesavers for our son’s dog, Jack. From the moment I called with concerns about Jack’s condition, Jenny responded with genuine care, promptly directing us to the after-hours emergency clinic—a step that likely saved his life. The entire staff, from the medical team to the front desk, greeted us with warmth and kindness, bringing a much-needed touch of calm during a stressful time. Their follow-up and clear communication took so much of the worry off our shoulders. I have had big dogs for the last 30 years and have been going to Dr. Bob Porter for the last 18. He and his staff are the absolute best. Excellent and thorough exams, referrals for unique issues, quick, cost effective and most of all the most pet friendly and compassionate Vet I have ever gone to. If I could give the 10 stars I would.
