Dr Harvey is the best!! She is so compassionate and patient! She helped my French Bulldog, Archie, when he was having cluster seizures and helped give me peace of mind! When I bring Archie in for his check-ups with Dr. Harvey, you can tell that she really loves and cares for animals and will sit on the floor while she examines Archie while petting and talking to him! Everyone I have ran into within Compass radiates a positive energy and you KNOW they truly care about your pets! I can’t thank Dr Harvey enough for her efforts and reassurance!

Feb 07, 2025 · Cameryn KovachDr. Archambault saved my cats life. He was seen at the end of Jan for new seizures and fever at AAVEC a couple times and transferred to Dr A for a Neurology consult. Almost immediately I received a call with updates on my cat and suggested testing. He was very forward with what I should expect and what needed to be done to try and diagnose the underlying issue for my cat. Labs, MRI and CSF were done same day and I received a call later that night with preliminary results. Although they were not what I wanted to hear I was very glad of the thorough testing and communication from the office. My cat was diagnosed with seizures, encephalitis and FIP. What I thought was a death sentence, but Dr Archambault directed me to a group to help treat the FIP, and 6 weeks later my cat is half way through treatment and almost back to normal. His f/u with Dr Archambault was also very informative of what I should expect going forward and he was very kind the entire visit and so was the staff. Thank you for helping my Zeus. I appreciate it more than anything. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Mar 11, 2024 · Natasha McKinneyDr. Barker was so sweet to me and my kitty! She joined me in sitting on the floor with my kitty, and tried to do what she could to reduce my kitty's stress. She was great at telling me all the different treatment options we had, and she answered all of my questions very well.
Sep 08, 2024 · Sam FrancisI can not speak highly enough of my experiences thus far. Dr. Archambault and the staff I have communicated/interacted with including but not limited to Katie, Jake, Mandy and others names I do not know or remember have proven what I expect quality care to be. I have a 6 year old cat/Oliver that started having seizures this Summer. I was given two Neuro office referrals by an emergency vet we initially went to. I proceeded to establish care with one of them and unfortunately it was not the place for us. We slipped through the cracks more than once at critical moments leading me to switch Oliver's care to Veterinary Neurology and Imaging of the Chesapeake in Annapolis. I am so glad to have made the switch and wish I had gone to them from the start. Everyone we have dealt with, from the initial phone calls to the Vet Technicians, Anesthesiologist, and certainly Dr. Archambault have restored my confidence in my cat's care. They listen to every word with care while remaining focused and do not skip a beat in the process. I feel heard and I feel Oliver is in the best hands he can be in. It is over an hours drive for me and I will gladly continue to make that drive every time in order to provide Oliver the care he needs. Also, They navigate the new normal of care while dealing with Covid with ease. It is not easy for anyone right now let alone providers and while I know they are working very hard, they don't allow you to feel or be slighted in the process. I can not thank Dr. Archambault and the the team at CRVC enough for navigating this new road with Oliver and I.
Oct 14, 2020 · Mande JonesI've never been to an animal neurology but this was an amazing experience. I called and got an appointment within a week and when I showed up to my appointment, everyone was very kind. I only waited for MAYBE 10 minutes and when I was seen, they came in right away and started my appointment. I was in and out with a diagnostic and a way forward and I REALLY appreciated that. Even with my personal appointments, I'm never seen that fast or efficient. Also, everything was very clean which I loved. If need be, I'd be back and/or highly recommend to anyone.
