I have been going to Dr Jones for multiple years for multiple canines! I have read through these reviews. I have seen some of the ones that are negative and what my response to any complaints about prices: I guess it depends on what you're willing to do for your pet. Dr Jones Never forces you to do anything. But in order to get to the etiology of what is going on with your animal, tests must to be run. I am a nurse and I understand from the healthcare angle that in order to accurately diagnose a condition, this is the process. An owner may say no. However, complaining about prices for a diagnosis is absurd. Unfortunately tests do cost money, but Dr Jones does not charge more than other vets, in fact, he undercuts. Additionally, Dr Jones will run the most minimal level of tests according to your budget will recommendationsare made for entire disgnostic workup. It is a thorough discussion that he will have with you. The responsibility on the owner is to communicate with him what your economic status is relative to testing, and move forward with him from there. He will put a plan of care in place and proceed. It is always up to the owner and he is never pushy. He cares about his patients tremendously and it is evident in his thorough assessment and how he talks to the animals. Laying out the diagnostic criteria and how to achieve outcomes is something he's obligated to do as a vet. Unfortunately, sometimes it is too expensive for owners to complete. However, he will work with helping any Layman understand what the minimum requirements is and what the goals are for your animal. All the employees are excellent. Additionally, I love the way that one dog goes in at a time, this eliminates any risk of fights that could happen in offices. Most vets do not do this and I think this is very succinct and organized. Dr. Jones has been our vet for our 3 dogs for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. What stood out to me the most was on my 1st visit was his physical exam on my dog. I have had dogs my entire life, and I have never once seen such a comprehensive physical assessment. Additionally, he is cautious in his approach and always focuses on etiology of a problem or concern about your pet. He helped guide me with my decision-making process when my beautiful 13 year old dog George was struggling with issues . He was compassionate and empathetic. He always leaves decisions with the pet owner, and does not push for a decision. He kept George comfortable for a lengthy period of time. He euthanized my George, after I finally reached that decision. He allowed me private time prior, and I played Sarah Mcglaughin "In the arms of the angels" during the process. He and Cheyenne were gentle and supportive, and handled the situation with utmost grace and kindness. I can't imagine going anywhere else for care. His staff our also exceptional, Dreama, and McKenna are responsive to calls and questions. Thank you Dr. Jones!

For many years I have brought my pets to have Dr. Jones care for their health. For more than 18 years and 7 pets; the professionals at Companion Pet Care Clinic have used the very best medications, techniques, and compassion to give my pets the happiest and healthiest life possible. Whether our pet has dietary restrictions or was suffering from an illness; I know when I bring my pet in, Dr. Jones will spare no effort in trying to make my furry family member well again. The staff has always been kind and courteous to me and the office manager makes certain the scheduling of the treatments are as smooth and trouble free as possible. Old age, food allergies, vaccinations and various infections are just a few things I have had the folks at the clinic help me deal with and I can say with absolute certainty that I will continue to have Dr. Jones and the staff at Companion Pet Care Clinic care for my pets.

Always have had a great experience here. Dr. Jones and the whole entire staff are amazing! I will always recommend others to bring your pets here. They were always very helpful in every decision I made and always cared for my dog like she was their own.
