The care we received at this facility - from our first phone call to visit - was nothing short of amazing. They got us in within less than 24 hours, as we were dealing with an emergent situation. Dr. Vicario and Hailey spent over an hour with us devising an aggressive treatment plan for our sweet baby girl. The love, patience, care, and empathy we’ve received from this facility is indescribable. Additionally, both of our girls LOVED this facility! I’ve never seen either of them so excited to be at a vet’s office. We’ve now made these doctors our primary care vet for both of our girls. God bless this center!

I am a veterinarian with my own dog receiving physical therapy at the wellness center. It says something that my Rottie who doesn't necessarily like all new people loves to go to PT. I have seen a difference in how he is doing with his hind limb lameness as we are trying to build up more flexibility and muscle mass. He still doesn't love the water treadmill but trusts Shelby and does a great job in it. Glad we were referred here.

Kind and compassionate. I'm here regularly with my own dogs and I'm frequently here when friends have needed extra support with their pets. It's very rare to find a practice that doesn't push unnecessary treatment.

Dr A and the team here are just wonderful. I had a lot of appointments with my 14 year old pug, Yogi, when he started displaying some hind weakness. Dr A was generous with her advice, we never felt rushed, and Yogi showed a lot of improvement through his treatment here. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Our last appointment here was horrible. The vet tech kept petting our reactive dog from the back and side when he was looking at the treats on the ground and not looking at her. He’d flinch like crazy every time she touched him, giving her CRYSTAL CLEAR signs that he was NOT COMFORTABLE with being pet. She ignored those signs the entire appointment and continued to pet and touch him, each time earning a hard flinch from him. So so unprofessional and quite frankly, stupid, on the vet techs part. A different time, we called and scheduled their “holistic” appointments for both dogs. The total of that was like $600 I think? Maybe $400? We told them when we scheduled that we just wanted help and directions with making food for them at home. The receptionist said that wouldn’t be a problem. Halfway through the appointment, the vet said “I know that you guys are primarily here for help making their food, but I’m not registered in canine nutrition so I can only email you a page for a basic homemade dog food that we have in a book.” That appointment was the biggest waste of time and money. They’re also always trying to sell you things that you don’t need and can buy from Chewy or Petco for $30-80 cheaper. I cannot stand this vet.
