I cannot recommend Companion Animal Hospital enough. Dr. Zalud and her team are knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, and accommodating. Our dog has a more complicated case of epilepsy, and Dr. Zalud has helped us every step of the way whether it is guiding us through medication changes, checking in on his progress after and ER visit, or just offering support through a more difficult round of seizures. She is a huge difference maker in helping us face the adversity of caring for a special needs dog. I know that whatever our needs may be, the incredible staff are only a phone call away and always ready to help. Special pets needs special people, and that is exactly who the providers at Companion Animal Hospital are. We feel truly lucky to have found such a great veterinarian practice to work with.

I have been a client of theirs for over 20 years. They are truly great people who actually care about your pet as well as for their human. Love Them!

HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Zalud is truly wonderful. She will educate you on what is going on with your pet and is happy to spend as much time as you need to ask your questions and get answers. She will give you treatment *options* and explain the pros and cons of each. She has never recommended unnecessary treatment. When I once asked for an unnecessary test (I'm a bit of a worrier), she gave her recommendations and the logic behind them. When I was too paranoid to take her advice, she performed the (nonintrusive) test to give me peace. She was right. He didn't need the test, but she still made me feel listened to and understood. I started going to Companion on a recommendation by a roommate who lived 5 minutes from their office. I've since moved and although they are now 40 minutes away from my home, I still drive there for Gryffindor's visits. The entire staff is genuinely kind, caring, and honest. They don't try to sell you on the products they carry. I will keep driving out of my way to stay with this establishment for as long as I am within a few hours drive. Side note: Very reasonably priced!

These people fantastic. We needed service to help our poor girl go to “sleep”. Other places wouldn’t accept us without being a primary care patient. But these Vets accept us, charged us fairly, and were really kind and caring. As we’re going through the mourning process right bow, we will not forget the kindness you showed us through it. Thank you.

I have been coming to this vet since I got Opie (cat) at 3 months old and I can't tell how wonderful this vet office is. Dr Zalud and her team give you the best care for your furry friend. They really care and it shows!
