Great service! You can really tell everyone that works there are animal lovers. Both my fur baby and I got good vibes. Doctor clearly explained the diagnosis, plan of treatment as well as the follow up care needed. My puppy caught a parasite and had loose stool. Medicine doctor gave us seemed to fix the issue we just have to retest her stool in a few weeks. Reasonably priced services.

I cannot thank this vet hospital and Doctor Vema enough for their dedication to both the medical and emotional aspects of pet care. Their support was a beacon of light in our darkest moments, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate veterinary services. My dog has been coming to this place for 4 + years and has never had a problem with anyone. I scheduled an appointment to have her bathed and nails buffed, I dropped her off she was super friendly and excited. As I got home, not even 5 min after dropping her off I get a phone call from Vet Assistant by the name of Kalei, who asks me if my dog has ever received a shot or medicine prior to her bath and nail buff, I said " no why would you ask me that" she said because there are a lot of notes here that state your dog is aggressive. I reassured her my dog is anything but aggressive, she is extremely friendly with people and other dogs but if she wants I'd be more than happy to pick her up ( knowing I would never bring her back again) to which she said, " yes please come and get her". There was another lady groomer previously who bathed my dog (English Bulldog) and she never had any problems and/or complaints, none! There have been a lot of turn over in this place, front desk people don't call you when medication is ready for pickup or don't enter your request at all when you call, bunch of new Veterinarians and people in the back but the only thing/person good at this place is one person and one person only, Dr. Verma, he deserves 20 stars, amazing Vet, person, soul who loves his job, who is empathetic and thorough

2 stars because Dr. Verma is absolutely amazing he took care of my dog so well throughout his life. Unfortunately yesterday my family had to put our dog down. Please please read this review and talk to your staff. They need more sensitivity training when it comes to euthanasia. The vet assistant knew what we were in for and came in starting with asking us how we were. Obviously we weren’t ok. Then she asked us why we were here even though she knew why we were there. I know she said she didn’t want to assume but come on be more sensitive with the things you say when you come into the room. We had to wait so long for them to come in. Again please go over sensitivity training with your staff. It made the experience a lot worse for my family .

I'm very impressed by the staff. Quick results and clear explanations. My boy McKinley seemed to actually enjoy his time here. The doctor was also willing to go over results again with my girlfriend over the phone so she could understand anything I might have missed in my explanation. Very much appreciate that. Also noticed the facility is very clean and conveniently located.
