We had to unexpectedly put down one of our kitties yesterday. The staff here were so incredibly kind and made a very difficult process easier. The room we were in was very spacious, so our family of 5 was able to be together even when a staff member had to come into the room as well. I could tell that the room was reserved for this specific need with the decor themed with comforting, loving quotes in mourning the loss of a pet. They allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They offer many options for the end-of-life service. If you would like your pet to be cremated, they also include a beautiful receptacle, a clay paw, an ink paw print, and a lock of fur in the package. The cost is not cheap but it’s 100% worth it. I can't reccomend this place or this staff enough. Special shout out to Dr. Sweeney, who was a dedicated part of my dogs journey through a rare, eventually fatal condition. He put in extra hours combing through the literature to find our best options and worked diligently and patiently with us as my dog developed allergies and limitations that required us to change course. We got an extra year with my best friend and he had an amazing quality of life. Dr. Sweeney was similarly compassionate with my senior cats, working with me around complicated life issues and scheduling. This practice is data-driven, loving, and one of my few regrets about moving out of area. Thank you Dr. Sweeney for your amazing care of Grim and for the amazing education you've given me to take good care of my other babies.

Quick service and friendly, caring staff. Nice and clean waiting area, free coffee and other drinks. Dr. Todd was very helpful and accommodating. Olivia and the car staff are awesome 😎

I was referred to this vet because my kitty, Cuddles wasn't feeling well. She had her kidney removed last year & recently stopped eating & unsteady on her paws. I got to see a vet fairly quick & was told she had to be euthanized, end stage kidney disease. They gave her some fluids to make her a bit more comfortable so I could take her home to say goodbye. We came back around 9pm to euthanize my precious kitty. Life is so short! Heartbroken. The staff was all kind & compassionate. We got a clay paw print & some fur. Her ashes will be available in a week or so.

My precious cat passed away peacefully at home and I brought her to Como Park Animal Hospital for cremation. The staff there were incredibly supportive and compassionate and they did everything they could to make sure both me and my sweet cat were taken care of. I have no doubt that she was in good hands after I passed her off to the vet and they even sent me a condolence card signed by all of the staff, which touched me more than I could ever put into words. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much to everyone who took care of my beautiful girl
