Most of my experiences with Community Pet Hospital have been very good. My family has used these Vets for multiple pets over the last 5 years with good results and effective pet care. I still recommend these vets to others.

Feb 16, 2025 · Rob ArnotWe have been going to Community Pet Hospital for about 20 years for regular vet care for our pets. Last week we had an emergency visit for our cat. I called to book an appointment, but was told they didn't have any appointments and I could come in as an emergency (more money). She was very lethargic, and hadn't eaten or drank anything for a couple of days and hadn't gone to the bathroom. They took blood, gave her fluids, and gave her an anti nausea shot. But they couldn't find the cause of her illness, my bill was $700.45. They said if she was still in the same condition within 24 hrs to bring her back and they would waive the office visit ($102.00 for er care). The next day she was the same, very lethargic and still nothing in her litter box, and hadn't eaten or drank anything. I went back and waited about an hour when they came out and said it was going to be another 1-2 hour more to wait. I inquired about another clinic, they brought me 3 pages of emergency care facilities all over the state! I was on the verge of tears at this point; the front desk gentleman was wonderful, I think his name was Greg; he went back to talk to the manager to see if she could rectify the situation. She came out to say there was nothing she could do to change the situation. I went to the closest ER clinic, paid another $145.00 office visit and they took care of my cat. Community Pet Hospital has gone down hill for a while now, but this sealed the fact that we will never take our pets back there.
Mar 03, 2025 · Diane SiegristI recently visted the ER and couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I stepped in, the warmth and kindness of the staff immediately put me and my dog at ease. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to explain our options. Bella is feeling so much better!
Feb 12, 2025 · Mart WilsonGreat experience. The staff and the doctors were very thrilled and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We moved here from out of state two years ago and never found a vet. We've got one now can't ever see changing.
Feb 24, 2025 · K BermudezThey are amazing and compassionate! They explain things in terms that are easy to understand! I have had to see them a couple different times for overnight emergencies and have always been grateful for their honesty as well. They did not take advantage of the stressful situations by asking to run unnecessary tests while genuinely making sure that the fur babies health is top priority.
