Review for the services that I received on today. I took my dog to receive a bath/dip plus shots and was very unsatisfied with the services I received. I dropped my dog off for 6 hours only to pick him up and he was shredding worse and he did not smell fresh and clean like they had given him a bath. I was quoted one price over the phone only to get to the counter and had to pay 2x the amount quoted over the phone. After completing the transaction, I asked the woman for a folder so that I could keep my dogs information organized and she went to the file closet then came back and looked at me and said they did not have any folders. Very unprofessional and disatisfied after 20 years of service and do not recommend their services.

This has been my vet over 30yrs but NO MORE. When I returned with my dying cat, to give her a humane & peaceful end, it was anything but! Not only did they allow a large, loudly barking dog to terrorize her & a small Yorkie in the waiting room. Staff never asked the owners to either quiet or wait outside! Both my cat & Yorkie desperately trying to get away, crying & whimpering. When her final time came, vet & tech tortured her (& me). It's been over 2 months & I still cry everytime I remember this horrible experience.

this place is beyond amazing. We love everyone in community pet hospital, they treat us with such compassion and love. Such an amazing place my baby is so happy and feeling much better after coming here. I would recommend this place rather than another other pet hospital! Such an affordable and wonderful facility. Will definitely be coming back
