Absolutely love CPCC & all of the vet techs & doctors. They are so sweet and loving to all of our babies, and extremely affordable as far as vets go. 1000/10, my cats don’t even mind coming here because they are treated like royalty. We love every vet tech but we especially love Aubree who spoils the babies with her sweet love & kindness.

Aside from my other cat's recent visit a few weeks ago (everyone was nice- different staff/vet) I havent been here for YEARS but back a few years ago I always had amazing visits (staff was amazing, professional and kind) so I am so shocked by how myself and fur baby were treated today. I walked in to an empty lobby and the room ready for us (I called from the parking lot) and was met by a man who was working the front desk. He was immediately rude about a cat carrier. He stated that it was policy that cats needed to be in a cat carrier and that I could buy one from them for $9.00. He was giving the impression that I couldnt be seen without a carrier. I had no idea that was a policy because noone ever told me that while I was scheduling the appointments for either of my cats. (My other cat went in a few weeks prior and got her rabies shot with zero issue or comments made to me about her needing to be put in a cat carrier due to company policy). My cats HATE carriers but had I been informed respectfully about a company policy I would have had no problem putting the cat in one. The vet on shift this morning by the name of Jennifer Douglass gave my cat her rabies shot today and she was extremely RUDE as well. I over heard the man working the front desk talking poorly about me to the vet and vet techs and the situation outside of the exam room as he went to inform her that we were waiting and (a bunch of sassy talk/laughing) (very unprofessional). (funny thing is during my last visit getting my other cat in a month or so ago this same man was "nice" to me but gossiping with the other staff while I was waiting in the exam room waiting to be seen. I can tell you this exact patient's name and most of her business bc him and staff just kept roasting her and laughing about it- so unprofessional) Back to my recent experience, I ignored it and waited patiently for the vet (despite the gossiping/laughing the 3 of them had before coming in- the vet tech was professional and polite to me and my cat) The was short/stuck up acting with me and very rough with my cat. She was grabbing her neck really hard and twisting it really far. She also pushed and pulled on her belly and limbs extremely hard all during her check up. She had a condescending attitude the entire visit but she took it too far with being abusive with my cat. If I could leave zero stars I would. DO BETTER and watch how you treat people and their animals. MY small child was there with my cat and I and was very sad because she noticed the weird, rude behavior from the man at the front desk and the vet as well as how the vet was handling our cat. You never know what other people may be struggling with or when/how you will get your karma for how you choose to react and treat people and innocent animals. This company has forever lost my business as it has went downhill with the quality of employees that they decide to hire and these days the cost isnt that much less than competitors as it use to be.

I had my first visit to the clinic today. I made the appointment a week ago and I thought that was pretty quick as my cat was not an emergency and was a new "patient ". Everything about the visit was great! The staff and the vet very nice and professional. We were in and out in a timely manner without feeling rushed. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially when compared to my old vet. I plan on bringing all 4 of my cats here in the future!! Even though I live 45 minutes away...well worth the drive!
