I cannot say enough good things about the people at Community Animal Hospital. Our dog Bruce didn’t have the best start to life when we found him and I needed to get him into a vet ASAP. They were able to accommodate us so quickly and helped us prioritize his care without pressuring us to do everything at one time. The staff there is so caring and treat us like family every time we walk through the door. If you love your fur babies as much as I love mine, this is the place you want to go forever!!

We have taken our dogs here before and have never had a problem but unfortunately this time around we took our 17 year old dog because she was not eating and struggling and they said we had 2 options; to either put her down or pay for a surgery she needed. They quoted the surgery and a day of observation between $5-6,000. It felt as though we were being taken advantage of because they could see how much we loved and would do anything for our dog. However, we looked around and were able to get her the same surgery for $1,000 and she is now back to her normal self, eating, and playing with our younger pup. Although they are the experts and we trust them with our pets, don’t be scared into paying higher prices when there may be other options.

We had an emergency with our cat and our regular vet was somehow closed at 430pm on a Friday. This place was closest so we called and they had us come right away. From the phone call to the front desk and beginning with the Vet tech and ending with the Doctor this place was so good and professional compared to our regular vet of 4 years that we are now going to switch veterinarians. Exemplary service and care. I didn't give 5 stars because this was only my first visit.

This is a great vet, they are thorough and really prioritize your animal’s health and wellbeing and don’t charge you unreasonable fees or try to upsell you on unnecessary treatments or tests. You can really feel the love from every single person who works here, they really care, and they are very skilled at assessing your fur baby and recommending the best course of action. If you want a vet who is skilled, competent, caring, and doesn’t try to wring every last drop of money out of you the way some places do, this is the place. They fit me in same day last minute when my usual vet was closed for renovations when my cat had an unexpected emergency injury. I was very happy with my experience and my cat’s care, and I think you will be too.

Hands down, the best vet I've had the pleasure of working with. It was an emergency and my vet was closed for the holidays. Community Animal Hospital accomodated me same day and worked with my financial needs. Dr. Mullenax was very professional yet easy going and was informative during the exam. He made me feel at ease. The staff were friendly and helpful. They followed up on necessary blood work results the very next day and had all of my meds waiting for me when I arrived later in the day. The hours cannot be beat and the cost was lower than most offices without lacking in quality service. They have officially become my new vet. Highly recommended.
