My family has had 3 consecutive incredibly disappointing experiences at this clinic. Despite having an appointment, each time we had to wait an hour or more before being seen. The veterinarian was dismissive and uninterested in addressing concerns about our experience. More than once we had to request documents be sent to our insurance company because they kept forgetting. We found the office to be disorganized, in addition to the long wait times (despite having an appointment); it felt like they were rushing through everything. We will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and customer service.

I have an appointment. And that what appointment supposed to mean if you want your client to wait that long should just call it walks-in. it takes so long for us to be seen. We been here multiple times but every time we have to wait like hour before they took us in. But it wait kills me every time. It took forever. And I just found out from my husband that they charged us for miss appointments when we didn’t get the appointment in the first place. We tried to get appointments for my cat because of his eyes. They couldn’t get him in and told us to go somewhere else. Which we did. Next time we went there charge my husband on the phone for booking appointment and charge me again when I’m there. We went there many times thought we could get over this. But no I’m done and I’m not recommended to anyone.

Staff are so nice and very helpful. I have a big 80+ pound eight month puppy that is very anxious about many things, vet visits included. they were great with him. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Office was clean. Prices reasonable. I will for sure be going back for future needs. they are deserving of your business!

Barb and her staff are amazing! I should have wrote a review many years ago when I took my dogs to her as pups, back in 2000. Three dogs later I'm still a very happy customer. They are truly passionate about what they do and your pet will be in good hands here.

Barb and the other ladies are AMAZING!! ❤️I took my baby🐶 there for the first time. He's a BIG BABY & had to get a shot.💉 They were so patient with him!! He had been sick off and on for 3 weeks, they diagnosed him, gave him some meds and he's been 100% better ever since!! I definitely won't be taking Petey anywhere else!! 💯💯💯
