Last year I had to call twice about messages of overdue vaccines for my cats when I told them that I had given them their shots already. So when I made their appointment for their physicals this week, I reiterated that my cats were up-to-date on their shots again. When I get to the appointment, I'm ushered into a room, and don't even have time to hand the lady the shot records before she leaves. So when the vet and his assistant come in the exam room with shots in hand, I remind them that my cats are up-to-date and hand my notebook over. The vet confirmed they would get them scanned into the records, but didn't even look them. He waits until I'm picking up my second cat and taking her harness off to sneak a shot in on my first cat. Me not seeing what happened, trade him cats. He does the same thing with my second, while I'm picking up my third cat. I caught him that time as he's putting the cap back on. When I ask him why he's giving my cats shots, he just acts confused. So I go into detail that I LITERALLY just told him that they're up-to-date and flip my book open. I got a "that's my bad". And at the end of the exam, they CHARGED me for the shots anyway.

Why don't you take down your site if you're not longer accepting patients???? I checked over a year ago and today it states the same message. Ridiculous.

I would high recommend to anyone. The Doctor and staff are the nicest, sweetest, most compassionate people, not only with our fur babies but even with us humans! They were very comforting to my sweet boy Jethro and myself when he passed! I wouldn鈥檛 take my animals anywhere else馃グ

They where really awesome to my kitty Stirfry. They took real good care of him. With 24 hours he was so much better. Back to his cuddly self. Thank you so much for bringing him back to himself. And the cost was very reasonable.
