So very impressed. They took such great care of Furrgus. They advertise painless declaw, and I’m amazed to say it seems like they aren’t lying. Furrgus was literally jumping and playing like nothing ever happened the day after his procedure. Kudos and thank you

We have been attending this vet's office for years, and they have always shown compassion, kindness, and understanding. We had to have a dog euthanized at this office, and the doctor made sure to tell us that we were good owners and that our pet was very loved. Today, I brought in our most recent rescue, and I was very nervous because she is very anxious and can be aggressive when scared. Everyone was supportive, from the office staff, to the tech and the doctors. They turned an experience that was terrifying to me into something that was helpful and reassuring. They prescribed anxiety medication for my dog and understood my concerns. This office is filled with wonderful people. Thank you for all that you do.

I lost all respect for this hospital this week. I drove 3 1/2 hours to take my baby in after she had been throwing up and couldn’t even keep water down. I dropped my 10-year old yorkie, Caliber, off to them at 9:30am. At 12:50 the vet called me to tell me she was in kidney failure and the best thing to do was to put her down. I got back to the vet where they put me in the euthanasia room. I waited and waited until they finally brought her back to me. She was walking on her own and wagging her tail. She obviously didn’t feel good but nowhere near death. It was then that I started to ask questions. They hadn’t even put her on an IV. A dog who has been throwing up even water is dehydrated. They hadn’t done X-rays to check for a blockage or given her charcoal in case she had ingested something. All of which I told them a was a possibility Caliber survived a fatal diagnosis of pyometra just this last January. It was at that time the same vet told me she was in kidney failure. They did the surgery to remove her uterus and after the surgery couldn’t get her temp up above 95.5. They told me they were going to let me take her home but she wasn’t going to make it through the night. Well, not only did she make it through the night, she made a full recovery. 307 days later out of nowhere she became sick. They took no measures to find out why a perfectly healthy dog started to get sick on Friday was dying by Thursday. They were cold and uncaring. The entire surgery for her pyometra was $674. After they did nothing for her this time, my bill was $646. When I didn’t have enough money because I wasn’t expecting a bill that high from them after only doing bloodwork, they took all of her medicine back from me and sent her home to suffer. I have never seen the girl who was so calloused and cold. The one who happily took my dogs medicine away after I gave them every dime I had to my name. I didn’t even have gas money to make the 3 1/2 hour drive home. Even after telling me she only had a couple days to live, they refused to give her pain meds because of her kidney function. So I lay here tonight watching my dog suffer because the attitude at this animal hospital has shifted from caring about their patients to caring shout the money to pay for their brand new suburbans, jeeps and lifted trucks in the parking lot. ** today is November 12 and Cali took her last breath at 10:56 AM. So take her off of your records and don’t ever contact me again with your emails or your promotions or anything else after making my dog suffer.

Great experience! They were very patient and kind with my difficult cat. Price was fair, too.
