Got my 2 year old baby girl spayed. Process was very easy. Dropped her off in the morning, picked her up in the afternoon. The ladies were so sweet. Felt very confident and comfortable leaving my baby there. You have to have proof of a rabies vaccination, if not they will provide the vaccine with only a $10 up charge. Amazing service! Definitely recommend to anybody on a budget in desperate need of essential care for their fur baby.

The positive feedback from our clients highlights several key aspects of our services. One pet owner shared their experience of getting their two-year-old dog spayed. They found the process to be very easy, with a convenient drop-off in the morning and pick-up in the afternoon. They were particularly impressed by the sweetness of our staff, which instilled confidence and comfort in leaving their "baby" in our care. This review also points out an important policy regarding rabies vaccination: proof is required, but if your pet isn't up-to-date, the vaccine can be provided for a minimal $10 additional charge. This exemplifies our commitment to both pet safety and affordability. The client concluded by highly recommending our center to anyone on a budget in need of essential care for their pet.
Another new client shared their positive experience bringing in their newly adopted puppy for vaccinations. They were impressed by the super friendly and helpful nature of all our staff members. They also noted the cleanliness of our facility and the ample parking available, which contributes to a stress-free visit. Understanding that their puppy was shy, our team took extra care to make her feel comfortable during the examination and vaccination process. Our staff also took the time to answer all their questions and provided additional information to take home, demonstrating our commitment to educating pet owners. While wait times can vary due to our first-come, first-served approach, this client only spent about an hour at our center, which they found agreeable. They were so satisfied with their experience that they have already scheduled their puppy's next vaccinations and have even recommended us to their mother for her dog.
Our core services at Columbus Humane Essential Care Center, as indicated by the reviews, include spay and neuter surgeries and essential vaccinations. Apr 02, 2025 · Rihana DoyleWe just adopted a puppy for the first time and brought her in for her vaccinations. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful and the place was very clean with ample parking. We have a very shy puppy and they did a wonderful job with her and making her feel comfortable. They answered all questions that we had and even gave me extra info to take home. Wait times vary due to it being first come, first serve but we only spent about an hour on our visit which was nice. We already have her next vaccinations scheduled and I've even recommended the place to my Mom for her dog.
Mar 17, 2025 · Kris KingFirst impression of building was it's clean and modern. 2nd impression was the front desk was helpful & friendly. Not the fake friendly. Some pretty lady came around and took both of my fluffs to play with while I filled out the forms. 3rd impression was the Vet assistant was cool, laid back and knew his stuff. 4th impression was the Vet is a true animal lover. She is God sent. 5th impression is the pricing is fair and not ran by the Pet Mafia. Last impression was my boys left healthier and happier. True story! Thank you Team S High Street!
Jan 18, 2025 · nelson velezMy sweet angel has extreme social anxiety and the staff was more then helpful. They got us into a room immediately and even let me go with him into the back to sit with him for a little bit before surgery. The staff also helped me carry my baby to my car when I picked him up. I also had a cat spayed here and the process and recovery all went great! The only thing I can tell that needs work is the process of scheduling, it is pretty confusing and appointments seen hard to come by but when you see how many wonderful pets they help everyday I would rather go here then anywhere else ❤️
Aug 02, 2024 · michelle hairstonThe staff is friendly, the establishment is clean and parking is accessible. My dog has been seen here twice and is always cared for and taken right back. They do a good job explaining things and you can tell they really care about animals. They are timely as well.
