It was my first visit to Collins Hospital. Ine of my guinea pigs wasn't feeling well, and I wanted her to see someone with experience with small animals. The vet and staff were very nice. They provided my baby with great care.

Collin’s Hospital provided great care for our diabetic dog, including preparing his for his export home to New Zealand. I’d highly recommend them.

I have had a wonderful experience taking my cat, Dolly, to Collins. Dr. Fischer is kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. She made my cat feel comfortable. The other staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. My cat’s health has improved and I’m very happy!

It was easy to make an appointment with Collins hospital for animals. They followed COVID-19 procedures ensuring safety for both themselves and us, as well as our pet. They came out and got our pet and called us when they were almost done. Then they had us watching how they trim our pets nails, which is really helpful going forward. Watching them with our pet made us feel like he was in good hands. They were gentle and kind with our pet, which put us at ease. This is definitely a prime place to take an animal to the veterinarian! I highly recommend.

This is my first ever online review. We had such a bad experience today at Collins. After a few visits when our dog was a puppy, we went today for his 1st annual checkup. We waited 40 minutes during which we were asked to leave the waiting room more than once. After 40 minutes, we left without seeing the Vet. The staff had no idea how much longer we would need to wait and said they were not allowed to ask the vet. The stangest part about it is when we arrived, there were no animals in the waiting room - we thought we would be in and out quickly. Things happen and waits occur, but not to be able to communicate within the office is not acceptable. And making people wait indefinitely without any sense for timing is really not OK.
