Collier Animal Referral + Emergency

Brought my beanie boys here on a Sunday afternoon due to stargazer lily exposure :( there were two veterinarians available to care for my baby. The customer service is amazing, they reassured me he would recover and that I could come by anytime to see him. I stopped back by later in the day to bring beans his blanket and to see where he would be held overnight. Lori was there when I came back and she is so genuine and kind. we chatted about beans and she gave him lots of love and everything he needed to be comfortable on his first overnight stay away from home. She called me later in the evening to give me an update on how he was doing. The next day I was able to pick up my beans once the blood work was complete. We paid the full invoice upon dropping off beans but were billed extra upon picking him up. $$ :( Please please if you’re reading this get pet insurance!! I obtained a policy after this experience for $600 annually for 90% coverage. Way better than being out of pocket $1,600+. Yes emergency vet’s are expensive but this vet does care about your animals. I’m so happy I came here VS Bonita emergency vet on old 41. I have used them in the past and they are okay, I don’t think they have as many veterinarians on site & they are not as attentive as CARE! :) so happy beans had you guys!

So our dogs are typical dogs, leave food out, they eat it. And quick might I say…. Well teddy boy had to go to the vet ! Collier Animal Referral & Emergency Dr Sanchez and Marc and their crew were amazing and fast with getting teddy seen and feeling better ! Highly recommend These guys! They treated us very well and quick. We were worried about our boy they made us feel at ease !

Can't say enough good things about Collier Animal Referral! We brought our 2 year old French Bulldog in after he had seizure like activity. From the moment we got there, the staff were caring, attentive and determined to figure out what was going on with Rocky. They ran all the tests and took x-rays. We found out that he had a herniated disc in his neck. Dr. Sanchez took the time to fully explain his diagnosis and what we needed to do for Rocky to have a full recovery. The vet tech also went through all of the medicine we needed to give Rocky. I hope to not have any other emergency visits, but I know I will be going here if anything ever happens again. Thank you to all the staff we encountered that day!!

Compassionate & kind. They were all wonderful and did everything to help my kitty. I highly recommend this animal ER. He was there for 3 days. Welcomed my phone inquiries and after work visits. 5 stars!!!!

Saved our new kitten! We brought in our baby after she was diagnosed with pneumonia she developed difficulty breathing. The techs and vet were extremely attentive and explained and educated us about the plan and how they were going to treat her. She was completely oxygen dependent and lethargic. We did not think she was ever going to get to come home and we’re preparing ourselves for the call. The next morning we went to visit her and she was like a new kitten, off oxygen and looking much more alert. The staff helped us figure out our finances and even went through every item on the bill to make sure it was correct and went completely above and beyond. They even made sure to give her lots of cuddles and TLC when we weren’t there. Thank you to the front staff, techs and vets who were with us every step of the way until we brought our kitty home. Loki is like a brand new kitten and you all changed her life in the best way and we couldn’t be more grateful!
