Cobb Emergency Veterinary Clinic

Our little girl was sick and very anxious with ear inflammation and infection. The Dr, tech and receptionists were caring and alleviated her anxiety so she could be treated. The kindness and care we received over the years have not wavered, and when a previous little girl was ill they assisted with our goodbyes in a kind and caring manner. They are the best.

Had a kitty emergency last night. Saw a vet tech named Kevin for the initial assessment. He exuded the confidence that comes from experience. Dr Holland treated my kitten and she was very thorough, incredibly patient and answered my torrent of questions. I was so relieved to know that my baby was in good hands.

Phenomenal staff! The visit was quick to remove a fish hook from our baby mini dauchsend’s mouth and she has had no problems since! I’m grateful we have them close by for our Emergency needs!

Thanks for taking care of our dog Olive. She had a 2 inch gash that they quickly asssessed and treated. Every step was explained from probable costs, to any interruptions that may occur with higher priority cases, to the discharge instructions. They said they were going to inform my vet and they did exactly that! All professionals are in place here and although we were lucky there wasn't a filled waiting room, you can see the process and procedures were top notch! Appreciate you all.

I can't say enough negative things about this place. I don't blame them for my dog passing tonight. I just blame them for not caring. I approached the door late, a gentleman was leaving and said they were closed . I understand that, but my dog was not moving and had a heartbeat. I knocked at the door, an employee approached and said that they couldn't help. I told her i didn't know if my dog was going to make it. She handed me a piece of paper and told me to go 10 minutes down the road. My dog died on the way there. We tried cpr, but couldn't revive her. The employee at this establishment showed 0 remorse, and I have made it my goal to establish this through new media, social media, and wherever possible. I can only hope that the employee is shown the same respect on her death bed.
