Feb 15, 2025 · donna thrasherDr. Amanda was very reassuring but realistic. She was informative but sympathetic and answered all my questions and told me course of treatment for whatever the diagnosis would end up being. She was very thorough and worked quickly and efficiently and my dogs are more comfortable with her than any other vet we’ve had in the past. Always a positive experience.
May 11, 2025 · Alex CrouchThe only reason I am giving two stars is for the doctors that used to work here. Any doctor that my pets have been comfortable with has suddenly left the practice. Not a coincidence in my opinion, as when my pets receive care from the owners, they are fearful and uncomfortable. From the stories I’ve heard and the experiences others have had, I find the good doctors must realize the malpractice that ensues at this establishment. Dr. Amanda is wonderful, and we used to love Dr. Laura and Dr. Tim before they left the practice years ago. Even though we were particular about doctors, we continued to go. Unfortunately, we will no longer be taking our pets here after the ridiculous price we were charged for our new kitten to be spayed. Almost $1,000 for the procedure! Never have we payed that much money, even at this clinic when our price was no more than $300 for our kitten prior. The inconsistency in care and the outrageous, unjustified pricing has deterred us.
May 02, 2025 · Lauren LionettiOur senior foxhound, Mia, required emergency care. Dr. Evan and the staff were truly the most compassionate, kind and gentle people that have ever treated our dogs. Ever. The kindness our family was shown during a very difficult time was extraordinary. Even as new patients we were welcomed with open arms and treated with genuine empathy, and Dr. Evan made us feel as though we were the only people who mattered. As heartbreaking as our situation was, it warms my heart knowing the level of care, both medically and emotionally, our family received.
Oct 09, 2024 · Scott RosenburghVery unorganized. They can’t keep my dog’s allergies straight and gave him antibiotics he is allergic to. Very unprofessional. The people at the front desk talk about how drunk they got and passed out on a table last weekend rather than cashing you out. Very expensive. About the only thing they do organized is run a racketeering scheme.
