Dr Masterton is very friendly and thoroughly explains everything. She answered all our questions. I love that she gets on the floor to the dogs level. This made my anxious dogs visit much better as she does not like going on the exam table. Fast call back with test results. Great visit and will definitely be seeing Dr. M again.

I was looking for a new vet because I was having issues with my previous vet. Cleveland Veterinary Clinic was recommended to me, and I am so glad they were! I have two pups, Nova (my perfect angel) and Pua (my anxious trouble maker). Dr. Margaret was SO patient and caring with Pua. He was super on-edge being in a new environment, but Dr. Margaret worked at his speed and what he was comfortable with. Pua has needed a lot of testing due to his behavioral struggles, but Cleveland Veterinary Clinic has made the entire process as stress free as possible from scheduling, the appointments themselves, all the way to paying my bills. They've always taken us back on time, and were incredibly flexible when Pua needed to have x-rays taken. I was able to sit with him until he was sedated to minimize his stress as much as possible. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this clinic and Dr. Margaret enough! Thank you for taking such amazing care of my fur babies!

Dr Maloney is the kind of vet that has kindness with practicality. If she treated humans she'd be the town doctor that had common sense, humor and trust. She's exactly like that with our 4 legged friends. I'm glad we switched vet clinics and found Cleveland Vet. Jennifer was great very good customer service.

The best vet in the area!! Dr. Masterson was incredible. She treated my dogs with zero judgement & spent time with us and the pups. I am so excited to know we were able to luck out! Staff is great, the place is clean! Parking is a little tight but not the worst! Thank you for taking care of us!

I highly recommend Cleveland veterinary Clinic. The staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly. They are willing to spend the time with your pet and answer any questions you might have.

Staff is always very helpful and informative. Dr. Maloney and staff did a great job on my Frenchies surgery! Definitely recommend!
