Our pug jumped out of her stroller yesterday and cut her chin and could not put pressure on her left leg. We rushed her into Clematis Animal Clinic. The man at the front desk reception was so kind and compassionate and put us in a room right away. With in minutes Dr. Lora Howell came in to exam her and took X Rays. The level of service was outstanding- everyone we interacted with including the nurse and Dr made this traumatic experience so much easier. Thankfully her leg is not broken and we are treating her with rest. I would recommend this Clinic to all that want the absolute best for their pets. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

The team at Clematis Animal Clinic took great care with my French Bulldog! She had to come is for regular vaccines, but also because she hurt her back and was walking gingerly. She received great care and compassion from the team. She is now home resting and recovering. The facilities are first rate and very clean. This was our first visit, but we will be staying on with Clematis Animal Clinic permanently.

They were awesome. From the front desk to the vet assistant to the vet. They know their stuff and are super friendly and great with our dog. Only a short walk from public dock. We are traveling by our 38 ft trawler to Bahamas and need an international vet certificate within 48 hours of arrival.

They might be the nicest people in the world, but they need to know how to schedule. I left after 35 minutes of waiting. My whole visit would have taken about 5 minutes as I just needed a test done. Doctors and vets need to learn how to keep a time line. And yes. I understand emergencies but then tell me that when I check in. I’ll find another vet.

Such great staff, so accommodating, friendly and generally care for both the patients and the owners! We chose them because they were convenient to the dingy dock as we are traveling by our boat to the Bahamas but even if they were not convenient I would continue to use them! We decided to entrust them with our 11 year old Bishon/cocker mix. Well priced and so understanding! Thank you from Jasmine and her owners.
